She’s opening the patchwork house women’s centre - or you know, “refuge” - where she’ll be faced with women who live with people mocking them, laughing when they get hurt (such as walking into a door or falling up the stairs whilst trying not to let the other person see them upset or make things worse) as a daily occurrence. Yet, seemingly she sees absolutely nothing wrong with it. Even to her own bloody child. So angry tonight, I’m so angry I can’t sleep. Just hoping one of the mums from school or a teacher has seen this and can follow up appropriately.

It really affected me, the story of Lula upset on Sunday night. I literally had my mouth open that Rach had filmed that. Rach could have used Google and you tube or even contacted a classmate to help Lula, you can find the answers if you put in the effort. I know as I've had to do this to help my children.
It doesn't fit in with Rachaele's narrative though. I get Betsy might have been tired and unable to understand the problem herself but Rachaele should have stepped in, been patient and explained to B why it's unkind to mock T, especially when she's struggling. The children need support, love and kindness and a chat to say we will try our best and if you need extra help then we will talk to the teacher and get it sorted.
I do worry about the girls self esteem as when it's low from a young age you can end up making really bad relationship relationship choices, be that in a partner, friendship or work relationship. You can end up putting up with things that you shouldn't as you don't feel good enough, it's instilled from a young age.
It's made me so worried about this centre that they're opening, Rachaele as head mean girl that will squeeze out an occasional tear for the huns to lap up when the paypal funds need topping up.

At what point do you fuck up being a parent so much that your first instinct is to film your upset child rather than comfort them? Do we think she was always destined to be a terrible parent or has the fame/money slowly taken over and turned her that way?
My husband would hit the roof with me if I was filming our crying child while he was leaving the house, does J know this isn’t right but puts up with it or is he also just a shit parent?
Honestly my mind is blown with this, how did we evolve to this level where people film the very people they are supposed to protect and post it for others to see

I think he's just as bad to be honest. When he's interacting with Wilbert he looks awkward, more like a childless uncle than the child's father. He never seems to put his foot down about the oversharing or leaving the toddler unsupervised all the time. Wasn't he supposedly in charge the day that Wilby licked a firelighter? I know accidents happen (my daughter rolled off the changing table at the paediatricians office once ) but altogether the picture they build up of what is going on in that house is indifference from both of the adults

I think facial piercings as an adult are a personal choice, but people Betsy’s age tend to get them to demonstrate that they can do what they want.

(My own opinion is that you can be don’t have to be ‘chic or unique,’ you can be ‘chic and unique.’ There are plenty of ways to stand out as a 16/17 year old without piercing your face. But that’s just me. I still haven’t really got over my eldest having tattoos and he is a grown man. I just weep for his covered beautiful skin. I’m so bloody irrational it’s unreal . I actually have a couple and my Husband does, but the kids . I tell them ‘why ruin a already perfect piece of art.’ I’m that Mother .)

Even the normal GP can support her in the first place (which I think they have to do before an NHS referral). I’ve had adult acne for 22 years and have tried lots of things. R doesn’t even seem to have bothered doing that. And I know Covid has slowed down and limited services but most surgeries are doing telephone appointments or online questionnaire things.

She literally follows a skin care specialist based in Brixham on Insta too! I know for a fact she does consultations for acne because I have one booked. It’s £20 for an initial consultation so hardly breaking the bank, especially if you can afford £350 on jumpers...

So Jo was out on a night out with her boyfriend who owned and carried a knife. They did a drive by of the pub, saw the bloke and turned around to do a second drive by. The boyfriend stopped the car and the other bloke approached, he threw his pint in the car window and they drove off. Then the other bloke threw his glass at the car, Jo’s boyfriend backed up, had the other bloke at the window, got his knife out and stabbed him near fatally without leaving the car. Jo in the passenger seat didn’t see him get the knife out or him stab the other bloke (sure Jan .)

They drive off and Jo’s boyfriend said the knife was the other blokes. He then asked her to dispose of the knife and it was only then she knew it was his . They then drove to an industrial estate where Jo’s boyfriends friend took the car they were in to get rid of the evidence. They got in Jo’s car and went to spend the night in hotel in Torquay (which was presumably when Rachael was involved.) He handed himself in the next morning with Jo, but she didn’t do it sooner than that because he told her she would be implicated in the stabbing (though having disposed of the knife, evidently she was .)

Now Jo is a witness for the prosecution which I’m 90% sure is how the charges against her were dropped.

Those videos are awful you could see how upset she was. I could also sense B’s frustration with being asked to help her, she even says that she only scraped maths and I vaguely remember before she did her GCSEs, Rancid did a rambling post about how she was struggling with Maths. It’s not her job to help her siblings with their homework.
