It was because of all the scammers I left social housing. Watching families lie to get a superb new build was soul destroying! Whilst the people who really needed it got zilch because they didn’t have a priority pass. Social justice used to be about helping families grow and it just turned into how to get a council house quicker.

Its ok, rachs dealer was dressed in smart clothes and was allegedly betsys boyfriend (or mates)
I live in a privately rented property and I'd much prefer social housing because its more secure and stable. I had a neighbour next door but one who grew weed in his attic but he was the nicest bloke, always polite and always offered to help me out, never any trouble, he had his mates round and they weren't any trouble either. I don't agree with drugs but R needs to stop stereotyping the working class and the "poor".
Social housing estates don't smell, not everyone is wearing "road men" tracksuits and standing in gangs waiting to rob or fight anyone who walks past them and not all social housing has blocks of flats (the estate im in doesn't, they got knocked down about 10 years ago)
Shes just a toffy nosed tory who watches too many films, reads too much propaganda on social media and fantastises in her own little world

I would say that your situation is a little different as your son is posted away so I’m sure your time is all the more precious as it is limited. if one of my lads wanted to spend Christmas Day with a long term girlfriend it would totally be his choice. I’d be gutted but there’s no way I would force him to be with us

She really makes me sick, she’s got absolutely no idea has she. Even the stuff she said on the poverty porn tour made it clear she’s never ever struggled in her life. That post confirmed what we already knew. The brainwashed cult are in so deep they can’t see any of it, like someone else said, anyone who still supports her deserves to be scammed to fuck. A massive percentage of her huns will be living on council estates on high floors with kids and buggies and teenagers hanging around now and then, don’t they feel insulted?

I left an abusive relationship and brought my own home in a nice street. Because, Rach, not all abused women end up in concrete blocks with people smoking weed…it is possible to leave and have a nice life .

However, they’re all batshit and make life very difficult. I have fonder memories of my childhood, living with my aunt in social housing, than I bet my kids do of the street we live in.

It’s just more evidence of her obsession with material possessions.

And if she dressed as an elf for more than 30 seconds, there would be 93885 stories of it.

Yeah I agree. I wouldn't much like it if I were Rach but at 17 if Seb's still with the same girl and is adamant he wants to spend Christmas with her then what can be done I do think as kids grow into young adults they should be encouraged and supported to make their own decisions. Yes christmas is all about family but girlfriends and boyfriends are important to teens too!

When it’s more serious and they are out of school no issues seb will be 16 next Xmas he is in year 11 currently there’s a chance albeit small maybe he won’t be with his girlfriend next Xmas so I find it strange that she’s already packed him off that he will be spending it there my son will be 18 next Xmas his girlfriend just 17 if they are still together I think both of us as parents would want Xmas day spent with our children and they could see each other in the eve but it’s a bit presumptuous that a kid as that is what seb will be and my son is as well will be spending it away also your point is long term I don’t think sebs is (nor is my sons) these are kids still I think that’s more the point
