Does anyone know anything I can try to reduce the awful awful dreams? Every night I'm having vivid nightmares. I don't think it's emotionally related as I feel fine in that respect so I presume it's hormones. But last night I dreamt my Mum died, my Husband left me and I was being slowly tortured by terrorists and now I feel so upset and panicky and it's happening most nights now.
not got any tips, but in the same boat - quite regularly need to calm myself down when I wake up from a particularly bad one, it’s horrible!

Had our buying for baby appointment today at mamas and papas, I went in set on the cybex Priam, but she showed us the cybex balios luxe…and now I don’t know 😂 there seems to be very little difference between them, except the Priam is more expensive.

anyone have either and can shed some light please? 🥹❤

I don’t know if you have done the product comparison on their website but you can set it to compare up to 5 different Cybex strollers and filter it to show the differences. We did this and ended up choosing the gazelle over priam (partly because we will need to make it a double buggy at some point hopefully) but also because the priams extras just seemed a lot of expense for things we didn’t need. It’s just a lovely looking pram 🤣

Can anyone recommend any tried and tested ways of relieving pregnancy snoring before my husband divorces me? 🥴

I don’t know if I have spotting or not and I think I’m overthinking things. Things are not… clear… when I wipe, but they’re not exactly red/pink/brown either they’re just… I can see something when I wipe. It’s not enough to leave any sort of mark on my underwear. If I wasn’t pregnant I’d assume this was 2-3 days before my period was due because this is what my body does.
Had a scan on Tuesday and all was well. I’m 11 and a half weeks. I of course now think I can feel twinges etc because I’m having a minor panic but realistically I’m not having cramps or severe pain. Is this probably just all in my head?

Omg you’re right, besides just looking so much nicer, there really isn’t anything extra in terms of features 😭😂 do I justify the extra £500ish on a nicer looking pram? 🤔

our compromise was the platinum level car seat with the gold level stroller. Advice for the travel system is defo make sure you get the car seat adaptors included - we have found it so useful for shopping and quick visits places to stick the car seat on the frame instead of carry it. I don’t know about all the Cybex car seats but the cloud T Is HEAVY 😅

BUT if your heart is set on the Priam and you have the money there then I’d go for the one you want - you’ll be pushing it around for a long time 🤣

Any sort of pink/red/brown in pregnancy is scary.
Have you had sex or anything that might have irritated your cervix? That can cause some bleeding

I think it can also just happen for no real reason? I know with my first I had the smallest amount for no reason at all and it was barely anything
With my second I had a low lying placenta that caused a couple of bleeds later on 🥲
Not sure if you know where your placenta is yet?

Hopefully everything is okay but keep an eye on things x

I had exactly this (as well as actual bleeding) and she was born this January and is napping away peacefully as I type this ♥

a&e and EPU told me that kind of ‘spotting’ isn’t even classed as spotting, its discharge and is nothing to worry about

Just keep monitoring it. I actually had two lots of bleeding (more than spotting and bright red) during my first pregnancy. One right after we’d just told all of our friends… Everything was fine. you can get cells during pregnancy that because of all the extra blood we have, the cell walls are a bit thinner so break easily. I cannot for the life of me remember the proper name but that was the explanation I was given.

Not had sex in a while (too tired!) So don’t think it’s that. Not sure about my placenta yet either. Will definitely keep an eye and try not to freak the duck out 🤣 it just doesn’t quite seem enough of a… colour (sorry, so TMI) to be spotting maybe. Imagine turning up somewhere and being told I just have grubby looking discharge. I’d die of shame 🤣

Yeah. It sort of seems like not-entirely-white/clear discharge rather than spotting. This is reassuring, thank you!

Yeah, to be fair I finally had the random nose bleed this morning that my nose has been threatening me with for the entirety of time I’ve known I was pregnant. Normally it’s just blood streaked mucus (oh my god I’m so sexy right now… 🤣) but this morning, as I was on the toilet wiping manky discharge, I was also having a nose bleed.

Im guessing this pregnancy glow thing is a lie they tell you to encourage, yeah? Ain’t nothing glowing about me right now 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had a lot of light bleeding/pink dishcharge in my first trimester and was up the EPU constantly or spending a fortune on private scans as I've had previous m/c. I'm 32 weeks now and everything is okay. Might be worth phoning your EPU and seeing what they say. It's reassuring you have had a scan and it all looks okay.

Has anyone else experienced prodromal labour? I’m almost 32 weeks and the pain has been intense today! I had it in my first pregnancy but I didn’t actually feel the contractions, it was only that they were picked up on the monitor when we’d gone in for reduced movements.

Hiya lovelies just doing a little check in to say thanks for all the support and encouragement over the last few months of my pregnancy X

I'm now five days post partum, finally came home yesterday afternoon with our precious little girl 🌹
My heart feels full to bursting rn and seeing our big boy so besotted with his baby sister just makes it all the more worth while in the end
Sending all the positivity in the world to you mummas to be on here, just keep plodding you've got this X
