Guys what do first movements feel like? I have no idea if I’m feeling something or not 😂😂
How many weeks are you? I feel tiny almost like fluttering movements at about 17 weeks but it wasn’t uncomfortable

Today a mum on the school run (who I barely know but has a kid in my kids class) asked if I was expecting. To be honest it’s quite obvious when I’m in leggings and a T shirt now

I said “yes, I’m having twins, but they’re not mine” and walked off. Now she’s got all of half term to think I’m crazy 😂

Has anyone gone for the Baby Bjorn carrier?
I was in Harrods last weekend and splurged on an Artipoppe 🙈 was disappointed their selection wasn’t great in store. Price was crazy, but am hoping it’ll push me to go for more walks, etc. to get my moneys worth 😂

We splurged on an artipoppe and it’s a great investment!! Really hold their value too if ever you decide to sell it

With baby carriers/slings, the lady working in the John Lewis nursery and baby department recommended waiting til baby is here before buying one, then you can actually test them with your baby to see which one feels like the best fit for both you and baby
I had a borrowed Ergo baby one supposed to be suitable from birth but it just kept getting in their face then when they got older it just never really fit right until about 10 mths.
I am tempted by the baby bjorn as it looks a lot more simple but I think this is good advice, I’ll wait.
I did get a close caboo on Vinted to try for <£10 (never felt confident I’d wrapped properly with a stretchy wrap one). It looks very promising, if it turns out I use it a lot I think I’ll buy a new one in a nicer colour.

We got this carrier because I’ve used my friends a few times with her little girl and found it secure and comfy to wear and it’s quite cheap so I didn’t mind buying it even if it ended up being no good for us. But now I’m not sure if it’s going to be suitable any time soon so I’m going to look for another one.

Try getting on all fours with your head/shoulders lower than your bum/hips sort of propped up on your elbows and rocking back and forth. It should move baby enough that they’ll give your cervix a break!
