Pregnancy dreams are so wild. I had a dream last night I went and brought some eggs from the shop, when I got them out the fridge to cook, I opened the box and the eggs had hatched and had bloody baby chicks sitting there 🤣😭😭😭😭

Just had our 4D scan and feeling very smug. Boyfriend has been saying how much baby boy is gonna look like him the whole time but he actually has my nose and lips 😎

Ohh this is lovely! Was it clear? I know your dates are so similar to mine and I've been wondering when to book one for. OH's birthday is just after father's day so I was thinking to wait and book it for around then

Yes really clear, he had his hands and feet over his face at first but after turning around like a rotisserie chicken a few times he moved and it was super clear. She said it’s the best time to have it really because they’re not too squished up yet so you should definitely be good for around Father’s Day x

I’ve booked mine for next weekend at 27+3. I wanted to do it a bit early because every other scan this little thing has not moved so just incase it’s the same again then we still have time to go back. The place I have booked are also very good at letting you come back again if you don’t get to see much.

I never done one last time but what I have read is to make sure you drink plenty of water in the few days before hand and before the scan so the amniotic fluid is clear and you get better pictures. Not sure how true that is but I’ll try it!

It's scary how accurate the 4D scan can be - I have a photo of my first daughter asleep, squished up on her dad at about 4 day old and the photos are near on identical.

I really want to do a 4D scan but it’s €185. How many weeks were you when you got yours?

I had a 4D scan at 28 weeks and I had an anterior placenta, it was so clear. Me and my partner both took one look at her and said she’s the spit of her big brother! And she came out and she looked the same as the scan, and still the spot of her brother! Spooky really 🤣
