I assumed it was ok? I don’t dye my hair but are you meant to just go grey for 9 months? My mind is blowing here guys
They say not to in the first trimester I believe. I was booked in for my hair before I found out I was pregnant and cancelled. I think it's personal preference if you chose to dye your hair in the rest of the pregnancy.

Has anyone struggled with appetite issues in first trimester. I'm 7 weeks and each day is so different I either want to eat nothing at all or the entire fridge. I have started counting calories etc and have found that I had very little calories, fibre and protein in my diet so now I'm trying to eat healthy etc. I'm snacking all the time. I was actively trying to lose weight before pregnancy, I lost a lot of weight just by reducing calorie intake, I was only on 1200-1300 a day (I know, not healthy). Now I can easily have 2000 but now I'm worried I'm going to gain so much weight??
I also get strangely panicky if I start getting hungry and don't have a snack nearby? But I think that is because I'm scared about vomiting.

I thought hair dye was a no go?
The reason they say this is because your skin is more sensitive. Do a patch test, like you should with hair dye anyway, to make sure you don’t react. I’ve dyed my hair, had an eyebrow tint and had my eyelashes tinted and it was all fine.

Also if your blonde bleach might not take properly! I went at 19 weeks to get my roots done and the bleach processed so fast! My hairdresser said some pregnant women she’s bleached before it hasn’t taken properly. I will say though it looked lovely when first done but I noticed a difference within weeks when usually I don’t so I’ve left it for now. I’m due in a couple weeks and can’t wait to get my roots done 😂

Hi all, posted at the end of May having got my positive test. I’m now about 9 weeks pregnant, got my booking in appointment in a couple of weeks. God I am struggling with the nausea and tiredness and generally not feeling myself. I’m usually a really active busy person but I’m struggling. The thought of certain food is turning my stomach. I’m nauseous but then also hungry all the time and it’s immediately like the uncomfortable hunger. And my toothpaste makes me feel ill! Just wanting to vent really ☹

I feel similar. 6 weeks. No energy at all or motivation at work. Was going to the gym 3 times a week before and now just can’t be arsed. You’re not alone! X

One of my close work friends is male and himself and my boyfriend just don’t GET IT.. I’m exhausted at 6 weeks, I do four 12 hour shifts in a row on my feet and the two dumb ducks just don’t understand the changes even so early (it’s our first, I hardly understand it myself 😂 ) I’m off Saturday and heat wave or not, I plan on sleeping for the day
My husbands the opposite and it’s a pain! He’s been “educating” himself. I’m 9 weeks and finding it hard. Which is making it hard for me to be excited. I mainly feel deflated and fed up. Every time I tell him how bad I feel and how fed up I am I get a message or told some spiel about the current stage I’m at 🤬

Awww i find that adorable! My partner is the same. Won’t let me do most housework and chores. It’s a total 180 to how he was before pregnancy 😂😂

Joining on got a positive test two days ago and letting it sink in.
clearblue states 1-2 weeks but the Flo app says 7weeks? That parts confusing. Quite excited for what’s to come x

Flo will calculate from the first day of your last period. Did you track your last one on the app?

Can I have yours?
Let’s see how long it lasts… I think me falling pregnant so quickly has been a bit of a wake up call for him to get his shizz together, he was a complete man baby before (works very hard but didn’t lift a finger around the house really)

Yeah so I feel I might be four weeks if my ovulation time was right? This is all a minefield 🙈
First day of your last period is the date you go by 🙂
That's how they calculate it.
Clear blue tells you roughly how long since conception but it's not that accurate as it all depends on your hcg levels and they can vary day to day.

Pop it into the nhs calculator and it'll tell you (although flo normally says the same as the nhs calculator)

Been losing my mucous plug for about 5 days and today it’s bloody. Got some period pains too. Waiting game now!!
