It’s wine for me and Shloer is just not the one - I like dry wine, and nothing hits like it. Also, I work for a beverage company and our brands are genuinely alcohol free i.e. 0.0% - lots aren’t, so happy having our brands when they’re on offer but unfortunately, we don’t do wine and like I say, nothing hits like it.

I was desperate for a glass of wine yesterday, didn't have one but have spent today feeling sick and migraine-y which doesn't seem fair!

I do miss it but had been trying to cut back anyway. My husband barely drinks any more and has tried a lot of AF wines and beers if you want any recommendations. But for me it's the relaxation as much as the taste. I am splashing out on fancy flavoured sparkling waters instead as a treat drink.

Wine is the one thing I haven’t found a decent AF substitute for, they’re all just a bit too sickly sweet! I’m all over the alcohol free beers this time around, and I like Seedlip as an alcohol free gin. During my last pregnancy I just wanted a “grown up” tasting drink, not lemonade or just water.

I can’t wait for a drink lol, I want a bottle in the fridge ready for me

No wine or Proseccos are a good substitute

The ciders (Old Mout, kopperbergs) on the other hand are sooooooo nice! And refreshing!! Don’t taste any different at all

The pink gin tasted exactly the same as well! I mean it was the same price which is a rip off really but it tasted no different

Yes please to the wine recommendations and yes - I’m treating myself to flavoured tonics and ready made mocktails etc!

My husband laughs at how much I talk about alcohol and energy drinks. I just don’t think he gets it. When I’m not pregnant I can go long periods of time without even being phased by them, but it’s just knowing I can’t have it, especially now it’s getting warmer and we’re socialising a lot more I’m so bored of being designated driver because I can’t drink.

I have a can of monster in ready to go in my hospital bag. It’ll be cracked open the first chance I get and to be honest a glass of red won’t be far behind it

I never found a decent alcohol free wine. Some of the 0% beers are okay but I did miss having a nice cold glass of white wine on a weekend.

I had one glass of wine last Friday night, within 2 sips I felt tipsy and I was too scared to drink anymore

Lol that was me, my oh poured me a glass and I felt the same after 3 sips to think I was a party girl not long before I was pregnant now I’ve become a right old boring cow

I’m also on holiday and do feel envious when I see people enjoying an ice cold rosè but I’m also enjoying being hangover free and waking up feeling fresh every day on holiday! I’ve been having the virgin mojitos or treating myself to a full fat coke with lunch as my substitute

We are the same person.
I had a glass of wine every night with my dinner while in Italy.

Just watched a quick YouTube video which explains what happens to different organs in the body from conception through to birth - found it really interesting so thought I’d share:

How many of us here are due this month?
Me! Due on the 22nd and each day is a battle between no longer wanting to be pregnant and wanting bub cooked to full term.
Insomnia has hit me again and I can only sleep for a few hours in the mornings. Baby is so incredibly active and has only just recently been experiencing hiccups which doesn't help my sleep situation.

I’ve actually had an aversion to wine and spirits pretty much the whole way through. Which is bizarre as usually love a glass. I’ve had to ask my partner not to drink around me, and all the wine chat on here is making me I can just about stand the smell of beer for some reason but that’s it.
