Well well well, it's all unraveling now. If Philth began the relationship when person X turned 18, and was not in a position of trust, and there had been no grooming going on before then, I can't see anything illegal. However, there are accusations of Philth's behaviour with others on Snapchat.

Exactly. What aren’t people understanding? I actually really do think Holly was lied to by Phil and she believed him. I think this because she genuinely could not hide the look of discust on her face when she had to work with him again.

She had him around her children, I do not think she would have done that had she known the truth.
