Reading again how it was reported that the brother told Philth:
Phillip said it was usual for him to cry when telling stories but 'this was crazy'. He went on: 'We ended up having dinner and I was washing up. Tim was standing behind me and he said you are going to hate me for what I'm about to say. I said there's nothing he could say that would make me hate him.

'He said [the alleged victim and him] had their time together and last year watched porn.

'I turned and said, 'What did you just say?' 'Schofield then said it 'was a moment we were together'. Tim said it was just this time and I told him it should never happen again,' Phillip said.

Philth must have known the victim was under age, otherwise what reason would there be for him to say, “it should never happen again”? And why would Tim say, “you are going to hate me for what I’m about to say”? I mean, if he was talking about a consenting adult, there would be no reason for him to say that. Sure, it’s gross for your brother to talk about his personal life in detail, but you wouldn’t say to a sibling carrying out relations with another adult that it ‘should never happen again.’

Therefore, I don’t understand why Philth didn’t report it. He clearly knew it was a crime.
Too close to home. It wouldn't surprise me if both brothers were the same

One thing (among hundreds lol) that annoys me is the blatant hypocrisy that makes up these channels. I’m not a fan of Piers Morgan but he gets the boot for a simple criticism of MM. Clarkson did punch a guy but a ponce can just carry on? So many others have been let go for wrong think or saying something on Twitter that was a bit iffy. Yet Philth can keep his job, Ant can keep his job. Gino robbed Paul Youngs house yet he’s now a ‘top chef’ with presenting jobs. For years Saville, Harris, Fred the weatherman, Johnathan King, Tim Westwood, Stuart Hall et al can just carry on. The rot is so deep, nothing will happen. Until more people such as this Matthew come forward
I'm old & clearly remember things from way back but can never recall where I left my house keys. So my ire is always raised whenever I think of Have I Got News For You. A programme which sacked Angus Deaton as host when it emerged via an interview with the woman in question, that he'd had consensual sex with an adult woman - and she really enjoyed it.
Seems that's far beyond the BBC's tolerance levels.

And those carping hypocrites on HIGNFY set themselves up as so morally righteous. They know everyone's dirty little scandals & they use that knowledge to provide fodder for their programme every week.

But they never said a word about the well known crimes of Savile, Glitter or Harris did they?

Just to clarify - I personally think 12 years is nowhere near long enough for the crime but there have been such woeful sentences for SA cases over the years, this isn’t the worst - just my opinion.
Agreed, Ian Watkins' sentence was 36 years I believe because it involved babies. SA against any age should carry this length of sentence. There is no rehabilitation, it'll just happen again.

Phillip must have something on Piers Morgan because for someone that has an opinion on everything he seems to be suspiciously quiet on this subject.
There’s somehing there alright. It’s becoming obvious through Piers silence. He was extremely keen to shut Joan Collins up as well when she started saying everyone knew Phil was gay. Is he embarrassed because he deliberately ignored it and wrote that biography of Philip? Does he not want that bought up or something?

Was Piers at ITV when the Mccanns happened? Was he also on board with Frizzells narrative that they did nothing wrong at all and to attack anyone who said otherwise? Because that doesn’t seem like the position he would usually take when parents left 3 children alone to go out drinking. Yet it appears everyone at ITV daytime was singing religiously from Frizzell hymnsheet on this matter. - did even one person at ITV condemn them?

Those poor tattle souls who won't hear the news for another hour or so, well be another 2 threads down just with the celebration comments! 😅

Let's see what the Monday news segment is like with Holly and Pips replacement, maybe they'll finally address the elephant in the tabloid room!

omg Liz im so sorry. That's a massive step taken right there by telling us fellow tattlers, but of course its harder to tell loved ones, you only do what you feel is right and if that's not telling anyone ,then fine.
Please know that there are people on here , that even though are strangers, care very much.
I admire your strength, to have carried on with your life.....hugs and best wishes to you. Xxx
You are not a victim , you are a survivor we all are all of us who suffered in that way , we are true heroes . You are strong Liz

Twelve years should mean twelve years. I wish all sentences had to be served in full. No get out clause.

If it was my choice, it would be life imprisonment for a crime like that. 😡
I agree, because the survivor has to carry the consequences around for the rest of their life.
I'm not saying you can't process abuse and live a happy and joyful life, not at all.
But from a purely personal perspective, I will never know how I should have been and what I could have achieved if I had had so much trauma to process and recover from. That took valuable time and energy and I live with what the abuse took from me daily.
That said, I call us survivors because we have endured and survived pain and suffering and the abusers don't deserve to keep on taking.
Love to all of you who are also survivors and who have been triggered ❤
