Personally, if he returns to the This Morning sofa (which he undoubtedly will) he should never be allowed to interview guests who are sharing their stories of abuse or anything alike. The showrunners should make a point removing him from the sofa, during the ad break and allow Holly to conduct these sorts of interviews on her own, or ensure that abuse survivors are only interviewed on days when Alison and Dermott are in the studio.

Its a difficult one looking at the sentencing guidelines the judge will use because there are multiple counts. So the totality principle is there and it very much depends on the PSR/Psych report.
