Morning. I’ve watched the GB clip several times I think it makes the situation more confusing.

Dan Wootton clearly states that Timothy told his brother Phillip that he had only watched porn with the boy who was of the age of consent. No physical contact between the two and that was the only time Timothy claimed it happened.

I’m not sure what to think.

I don’t know where Dan gets his info from, I’m assuming the court transcripts. For the time being it seems we have to take Phil’s statement at face value.

I’m sure Dan will know exactly what’s went on but is extremely limited in what they can say. I think they were piling pressure on him and the injunction people last night….won’t work, Philth will brass neck it.

I think they were looking at it more from the angle on how they could legally report it, its more about reading between the lines or judging by their facial expressions there is more going on than they are legally allowed to say!

just looked back on previous posts and it was around December 9th there was a story in the newspaper so him coming off twitter then is sus!

That is what Phil told the police Tim told him in his statement. It was just once, the boy was over the age of consent, they were pleasuring themselves and not each other

OK in what way is their main problem being him disowning his disgusting brother digging deeper? Not trying to be snarky but a few people have said this as if there's some deeper message.

All I can see is from the panel is people repeating that "blood is thicker than water" crap and essentially saying its too harsh to disown a paedophile if you are related to them. I gather the bloke is a reverend so maybe it's a god thing. I dunno. I disagree with it and having never watched GB news I was hoping for more of a hard line stance from them.

the interesting points from the above report are
1. according to a source of the Star the Siblings were CLOSE! (Philth now claims they weren't close)
2. Remanded in custody for his own safety ( He clearly wasn't in custody last week owing to the jacket over the head photo's who put up the bail money was it Philth?
3. the celebs Brother was charged following allegations reported by a third party. do you hear that Feltz she had to lie!!!

I wasn't sure if they were using that as a way to discuss the story legally. Make it about disowning his brother. Seems like they're not allowed to say much else, which is probably why none of the other channels have really touched it. Could have been their only way to refer to him only having done it to save his image and career?

Well if that's true they should have just left it at "He's only saying it to save his career." rather than sharing their actual opinions which were quite bizarre imo.

If only ITV would get rid of Phil and Holly. Is there anyone who still likes them? Also, wouldn't it be good to have a change of the two main presenters instead of the same two smug faces year after year after year?

They can't legally say what they want to say about PS, such as he's a nonce, he groomed MM from a very young age and then dropped him when the shit was about to hit the fan, he deceived the general public by pretending to be a decent honest family man whilst holding court on This Morning and looking down on any guest that was living a double life etc while all the time he was actually having gay relationships with young men in his London flat, only coming out because the truth about him was going to be exposed, him defending Jimmy Saville previously etc etc.They can't discuss that stuff yet, so they are skirting around it by using the disowning bullshit as a reason to talk about him.Dan Wooton knows these clips will be posted all over the internet and ultimately more and more people will start to realise what a nasty evil little scumbag PS is and then maybe the actual truth will come out.
There's definitely a deeper message to what they were all saying, and when you know about the real issue with PS you can see exactly what it is! Dan Wooton knows where ALL the bodies are buried, and it's only a matter of time before it's all exposed

Unfortunately I think we are not going to get anything from Dan, I remember seeing initial articles that he was involved in helping Phil “control his own narrative” by cutting an exclusive deal with the sun.
