They seem pretty close in all the photos but whatever the truth, it certainly isn’t that his brother admitted what he’d done and Phil said ‘don’t let it happen again’. Who responds like that, it’s not a speeding ticket! I’d have the first two 9s dialled on the phone before he got the sentence done, brother or no brother!

I hate super injunctions because they’re just a way of dodging the law, Savile didn’t have one but he had he chief inspector in his friendship circle for a reason. Schofield would have no need for one if it wasn’t covering up something criminal or career ending.

All of his shows have been cancelled and now he’s unreliable on TM. Won’t be long before he’s done, and maybe then the stories will appear and be investigated. When he’s not a media asset he’ll be a media target.

I don’t even know why Pip is even considered to be a decent presenter. Paul O’Grady was a brilliant interviewer. All his guests seemed very comfortable around him. They seemed like normal chats. I watched one of his interviews with Take That (my guilty pleasure/obsession) the other day and there’s a genuine rapport there. Pip just seems to spit questions at people.

Lots of reasons. He’s a LOT younger than Phil. He’s under 30 and a similar age to his daughters. He’s very dodgy, he was prosecuted for revenge porn (which the press reported on due to Phil giving him a character reference). You also don’t have to look very far to see that there are explicit nude photos of him online. He doesn’t appear to have any kind of job either but lives a very affluent lifestyle in London despite no obvious source of income. Fairly certain he’s an escort of some kind. Can you imagine the headlines? ‘Schofield dating Escort 30 years his junior’. He’d look like a dirty old man.. which is of course he is. But that’s not the image he wants to portray.

New to this thread! Hope it’s the end for this prick! Genuinely think he’s gonna be hiding away for 3 weeks then back on the sofa thinking everything is all ok!

I totally agree but it's up to us, the public to make sure it's not OK. Such as voicing opinions and sharing on social media, boycotting the shows he is on, or even flooding itv with complaints. I don't watch anything on itv but feel so strongly that this creep shouldn't be on our TV screens. His comeuppance is long overdue.
