Still not really a sackable offence in my opinion. Her gastric band is no one else’s business, granted the promotion of weight loss products isn’t a great look but she isn’t the first nor the last, and people have done far worse and managed to keep their jobs with itv even to the point where itv will help cover up for them
So I stand by my feeling that Fern being sacked was unfair and also that itv are shady af.He's deluded enough to think he's watched by the nation, rather than about 900,000 or so. He probably also feels compelled to compete with Piers Morgan in the ITV ego stakes, seeing as the lemon-lipped Morgan, a man who got conned by army 'torture' pics so fake they may as well have been drawn with crayons, has decided he's the People's Inquisitor, rather than just a fat idiot with a loud voice and an echo chamber for a brain. So now good old Pip pipes up with 'daring' shouty fits at politicians. It's like watching Andy Pandy get testy with Clement Attlee. Someone needs to give him a valium, or, failing that, a punch in the face.

Yeah possibly. Would love to know if the viewing numbers have dropped. I’ve certainly stopped watching, I refuse to be treated like an idiot by This Morning/ITV. They probably still have a decent following of die hard fans, but maybe not as many of the slightly younger age group as before, it’s a certain demographic they’ll be after to get the advertisers. I would take a punt that if you’re older and maybe not tech savvy you will still be in the dark over PS. Whereas after the sham reveal in February I just knew there was more to this and searched online, very quickly realised stories were being deleted as fast as I was reading them. Then I found Tattle! Yay for a Tattle as you will not be silenced thank goodness, I still find it shocking and deceitful that someone with money can pay to get stories removed that they don’t want people to see. I’ve not watched since then, apart from PS holidays and Friday morning when he’s not in. Someone on high at ITV needs to take decisive action - he is a nauseating watch at the moment. He is an old man who has had his day in TV, for goodness sake give someone else a chance, someone we can relate to.

oh absolutely. Phillip thinks he’s untouchable in the show biz world and within ITV. He’s spoilt. He’s unkind to crew and generally obnoxious. He should be kind!
I have questioned whether or not this is one big conspiracy theory. I have doubted myself as well as others here and I’ve proven myself (almost) correct every time. When you look at each piece of evidence and story ‘as a whole’ there is no doubt in my mind that what we’ve all come to conclude from said evidence is true. I know it’s not much to go by but intuition is real. No one can describe what a gut feeling feels like. And neither will it stand up in court. However, I know in my gut our conclusion is true. And if it’s not, it’s almost there. It’s a pretty big IF that nothing is wrong with the situation. I’ve seen the pattern of events, the deletion of posts and social media including photos. And I’ve seen everything from the minute the news broke. Though knew about it summer 2019. This bugs me so much I’m keeping this all going. Because one day it will come out and I will sit on my high little horse haha.
Micky Flanagan jokes on one of his DVDs that his Mum always knew Jimmy Saville was a nonce. He says “She says to me what you watching this nonce for - have a look at his barnet will ya“. (say that in his accent lol) Every time I walk into the living room and see my by watching this morning with Phil on I say the same thing and we laugh.

I'm a bisexual guy, and you'd be surprised how many "straight" guys ... arent that straight. Even laddish chav boys and the like.

He was definitely still in the family home when lockdown started BTW, because he shared clips taken there on Instagram. So he's basically broken the rules by moving during lockdown. I suppose it was too much to ask to expect him to wait several months for a shag with a young man though?

I’ve just read that This Morning has picked up extra viewers because everyone is at home due to the virus. Just wondering if this has any bearing on PS and HW not taking their usual Easter break? PS insisting he will carry on and try to suggest the extra viewers are due to him and HW? Must admit I was hoping they’d be off screen for a break right now so I could tune in again to Eamon and Ruth. I’ve only seen little bits and pieces of the show as I refuse to watch now, but what I have seen seems forced now, even the giggling episodes don’t raise a smile in our house. It just all seems so false. Best we can hope for is another one of the young males he ‘mentors’ comes forward and manages to tell his story before he is hushed up by another injunction. I just can’t see This Morning in the same light anymore, it feels like behind the scenes they are heaving a sigh of relief saying phew we got away with it, the dumb public have no idea about the young runner. I have lost all respect for TM and ITV over this.

He’s awful. He’s rude his ego is massive. Since coming out he has got worse even HW looks uncomfortable around him. Horrible man.

He doesn’t know what his “new” natural should be. He can’t decide and can’t hide behind the fake persona he’s been selling most people for years because that no longer washes. He fake laughs so badly, he is trying very hard to be “cool” dancing- please don’t!, showing how “legendary” he is drinking out of a huge bottle of gin etc but the veil has been lifted on the real him and there’s no going back. I’d say his presenting style now is at best panicked, edgy and uncomfortable. Wonder what it’s like in the ITV studio.......anyone?

I think if he was kind and sympathetic that would be one thing, but he has actually been really nasty to people (mainly women that I know of) about affairs and even just getting in cars with people. Like vicious. I think looking at the way both him and Holly have behaved to people, they must just be really great actors because their hypocrisy is on a whole other level.

Theres not a chance the way Phil chose to come out would ever have been his preferred way to do it and then to do an interview with the sun the next day. Not a bloody chance ever unless he had to.

Apparently he deleted all tweets between him a a boy of 15 he was grooming sorry helping in an amdram group.
He's got holly Willoughby's husband to look out for him and he hired an emergency PR company back in July to dispose of anything unsavoury before coming out. He had no intention of coming out but this was a compromise and a deal made with the tabloids so they wouldn't snitch on his antics.
