I actually epilate my chin hairs. It hurts like duck but I see it as fool proof and quick!

My underarm hair and downstairs hair is the same colour/thickness as my PCOS beard so I've always given it a go. Just underneath my chin though, not my full face/on my chin. My chin ones are still pluckable, but it'd take me all week to get all my beardy ones.

Things having a funny taste.

A new bottle of salad cream and tartare sauce, from different supermarkets, both have strong taste , a bit vinegary and a bit like horseradish.
I made pancakes at the weekend, and despite the flour being used on pancake, they had a funny floury taste to me. Everyone else said they tasted fine. And my oats tasted funny recently.
I haven't had covid or sinus type symptoms so can't blame that.

Sorry for the slow response! I think the reason is because unlike normal hair it won’t be killed off due to why it grows. Which sucks. I tried my friends very expensive hair thing years ago on my bikini line and it did fuxk all. I long for the time when I didn’t even have a “bikini line” and wondered what the fuss was about. Now it’s four inches further out 😢and I get it.

My wee smells different. My first wee of a morning is so strong smelling it nearly knocks my patch off 😬

Haha, I randomly clicked on a thread with a new post without looking and thought ‘what the duck is this?’ :ROFLMAO:

Argh period arrived this morning. At least that explains the migraine and headaches and chocolate cravings I've had the past few days.
Enough already. 😣

How long is it since your last period ?
129 days.
I did have a “show“ 31 days ago but it was only a tiny bit of blood and it never came to anything.
Prior to that, my last one in November I‘d gone my longest of 143 days so they are definitely getting further apart.
That said, in 2020 I went 135 days between and thought they’d stop soon but they continued pretty much bi-monthly. 4 years later and here we are…
I just checked my calendar and I had 5 last year and 6 in 2022.

You’re at a similar stage to me. It’s annoying after a bleed you have to start again to go a year without a period 😫

I can tell when I’m getting a period now as I have a few weeks of mucus and lots of bloating and my night sweats stop. My last period was more of a show.

One of my friends had a period on day 364. To say she was pissed off is an understatement!
I think they finally stopped for her at 58.

I got a period this weekend which was 10 months since the last one. I was gutted. It took me months for the penny to drop it was perimenopause then months to get used to the idea and now it's back again.

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone had symptoms of - regular periods, however irregular bleeding during your cycle. After my ovulation discharge (clear) I then have 24-36 hours of red blood and then black discharge for few days after this. Happened for the last 3 months, and I have a doctors appointment next week. Definitely not pregnant.
Just wondering if it could be perimenopause symptoms, did anyone else have this? I am 37, but my mum experienced menopause at 43. Thank you ☺

I've gone three months without a period now. I'm 54 and this is the longest time so far that I've gone without one. I still get a lot of the symptoms that I generally have before a period though.

I read that your body still does the same things as it used to but the hormone levels aren't quite enough to start a period and then, eventually, that stops too.

I'm 55, I have a coil so no periods but I'm 100% convinced I'm not through it yet. I've just had a few weeks of poor sleep and a tooth that has been loose for years has been even looser. Last night I slept better and my tooth is more stable. My teeth have started moving all over the place in general over the last few years so I really recommend that you all keep up with your dental appointments.
