my baby’s 12 weeks old and I only use ours when I know I’m going to be under 30-45mins (car journey included) it is so much easer than moving a sleeping baby in a car seat to a carry cot but I can’t imagine leaving her in there for a long time just because it’s easier on me, I’d rather have an unsettled baby than one scrunched up in a car seat for hours

ps also my 4 year old complains of a sore butt when she’s been in her car seat for a while so imagine a baby who can’t express that

I agree I used to use my car seat in the pushchair frame for a short time as it is easier but she never uses the actual buggy seat and after she made sure she picked the most expensive pushchair she could find

Maybe. But surely that’s an error of judgment from her owner? If she’s supervised and they’re in a secure run, which they appear to be as they’ve not mentioned losing any to foxes then it shouldn’t be a problem Seems harsh to blame the dog but then I expect R is too lazy to supervise Ethel in the garden and would rather just ban her.
