I was really shocked to find out that miquita is 39!! She comes across so young and kind of like someone who never grew up? I tried to google if she has a partner and I can’t find any info whatsoever, like not a single person she’s been romantically linked to, bit unusual for someone her age. I do want to listen to her new podcast though but I’m not sure if her and lily will just sound like a pair of annoying teenagers despite being practically middle aged.

I have listened and unsubscribed.

And yes, they do come across as privileged teens!

I am 6 years older than Miquita and when she was on TV loads she annoyed the bits off me. A bit like the try-hard Year 7 kid when you're in Sixth Form, desperate to make sure everyone knows how cool they are but nobody actually cares.

Having seen her on Celeb Gogglebox and a few other things with her mum, I actually warmed to her. I love Andi on the chef things I've seen her do and in interviews, she's really interesting to listen to.

Then I've recently seen a few tiktoks of Miquita & Lily Allen (who I generally don't mind, but who can be a tad annoying at times) promoting their new podcast and it's had me transported back to the world-weary Sixth Former again

So I listened to this week's pod with some trepidation but ended up really enjoying it, they're a great combination when interviewed and they really gelled with Rob and Josh. A nice surprise.

I thought Rob said it was a really blokey atmosphere. I'd assumed it was something to do with the building industry. Rob doesn't seem an obvious choice to replace Huw Edwards

I’ve started listening since there episode and it’s quite funny! wouldn’t be my top choice but it’s good, Miquita talks about dating and past people too. Doesn’t name names or anything

Some really good moments and an interesting ‘companion’ to the Olivers from last week. It sounds like there may be a more damaged mother/daughter relationship there.

I know someone who knows Lilly and she has always said she had a really difficult upbringing that did damage her a lot.

I thought she was a good guest - obviously o don’t know her personally but from listening to this and her podcast etc, I do think she gets a bad press.
She got loads of tit for saying that motherhood damaged her career, but what she was saying seems yo be right….she couldn’t be the mother she wanted AND have the career she wanted, so she stuck with being the mum she wanted instead.

I don’t often listen to their podcast anymore but just happened to listen to 20 mins yesterday!

I think that’ll be an interesting listen, don’t imagine Rob and Josh will agree much with Luisa’s way of parenting! I do like her and Anna though so looking forward to hearing that episode.
