Any company that gifts stuff to him i will make sure i never buy from and anyone i know will never ever use them, these companies really should research who they gift too and that amount of food clearly wasnt just for the two of them so breaking the rules yet again....

What is it with tiling walls in rooms that aren’t bathrooms. I don’t see the appeal. All I can think of is the next poor owner of that house and the nightmare they’re going to have removing them 
I’ve actually met him and he is absolutely vile!
He studied interior design if you can believe that with the house which is simply a regurgitate version of every house on insta. There isn’t any design aspect in that interior at all.
He almost got kicked out of college for plagiarism but cried homophobia and was allowed to stay!!!
Heard from a source that they constant cheat on one another... but not sure if that true.
It is true he’s just a horrid individual.... told someone not to touch his LV bag as it cost more than their rent!! Heard those actual words from his mouth...

I just don’t understand the priorities in that house of horror (as well as the tasteless choices). Those doors are just going to look daft out the side, they should replace the doors straight out the back if anything.
Though if it was me my priority would not be bi folds or a million bedrooms nobody is allowed to currently come stay in but getting a second living room so Ryan can come home from work and hide in it away from evans latest ideas and demands.

The business was built by Ryan’s family who are apparently very down to earth.
I’ve found that doctors etc aren’t frivolous with their money so usually don’t have flashy cars or live extravagant lifestyles, but most likely have a bank balance that would make Evan’s eyes water. He is trying to prove his worth in the world and make a statement about being his age and having a 6 bedroom house with money to burn on unnecessary improvements. He thinks these things matter in life. It must be a lonely existence with a partner working all the time and even the other night when Ryan was sat on the couch with a blanket he had a work jumper on. Any time he appears on stories he seems like a nice normal guy just going along with Evan’s crap.
FFS a tan stand is all he’s needing but at least that kind of tan won’t wash off with the lumi spa
and financing it all. But in the end Evan will get fed up
and move on to the next person with a bit of money.
