She totally is huh. From gaming being her therapy and her not really resolving anything with the qualified therapist to constantly playing victim. Majority of women go through peri yet hers has to be the worst, she uses it to justify her moods or depression.

i have been in the ER for the same thing, about 18 years ago. i can remember how i felt then as clear as day. the last thing i would be thinking about is posting on social media.
i know social media wasn’t a thing back then. but I will never forget the feeling. wanting to remove yourself (unalive) is the opposite of wanting to put yourself out there (social media)

i find her stories pretty funny usually, she seems fun but she’s been spiralling for a long time.

Has anyone seen Ellie's detox food today like Jesus friggin Christ like she can stick to that. So much boring food and her playing it up how it looks delicious. Ellie it's 'diet' food. Veges, smoothie and seed crackers.

It’s the elimination of certain food groups that gets to me.
100% right. For some with narcissistic behavior it is often due to trauma, and other events in their life happening at a formative time. They effectively don't grow up from there, hence the child like behaviours; tantrums, escapism into fantasy world, running away from anything confronting - essentially not being able to "adult". Emotionally they are not adults. Dealing with them, is like dealing with toddlers.
I feel she got it free but could be wrong. I am confused on how she is eating. When you do the Mexico one you have already been elimating food ready for surgery, days before you leave.
She also has youth trauma that she needs to work through. Not once has she even hinted at psychological help which I believe she desperately needs. Her brain is so chaotic she needs someone in her corner giving her tools to work through her issues. She is surrounded by holes in her life. She is only 30 ffs. So much life to still live.
Ethically Kate has some very random, odd posts recently. Today it was loving her daughter less if she isn't a red head, and baby vomit. How are posts like that engaging with your audience. Even in jest, why do you make a comment like that. Baby vomit. Who really needs to see that

Yes Finaus trip and revision surgery is free, she was approached by them and eventually decided to go through with it. She thought she was having the surgery today so was fasting from 1am but apparently its been moved to tomorrow so she can eat for now.
Omg I spewed in my mouth. Christian in his bloody speedos. How anyone funds that attractive is beyond me, obviously in love with his self
