Love how Ellie says it’s not a diet. Umm, you’re restricting certain foods and I assume eating a calorie deficit so it is a diet. Even if she’s trying to lower her blood sugar levels this ‘detox’ isn’t the way to go about it.

I hope she gets some help, she’s been spiralling for a long time now and doesn’t seem to have a great support system. I know she’s deleted her posts now but it’s actually really sad she clearly took an overdose and then posted to social media while still in the ER. Poor girl is crying out for attention.
