owen looks absolutely terrified and uncomfortable in the pool- his mother is oblivious. it’s worrying, i hoped she would change into a better person! this train wreck is becoming uncomfortable to watch. he seemed like a happy baby, now something looks a little off. his head is very big and he has a startled look. pentothal- what do you think?

Yeah that’s probably a little dramatic, I don’t think anything looks a little off. Lots of babies look like that the first time they are in a pool until they get used to it. They do recommend calming words and sounds to put them at ease, not her screeching at him trying to look like mother of the year though. Poor kid has a lifetime of that.
The head is within a normal range too

I'm betting that pool wasn't heated to around 30-32°C. His hands were dusky blue so I think the wee man was cold. Poor little chap looked a bit over awed with the whole experience. Couple of dunks for the gram, get the likes in, and doesn't look like a swim-nappy

Carmen Lett commenting on education and saying for teachers the holidays are good. Teachers spend 10-11 weeks of having 25-30 students demanding their attention all day. It’s an exhausting job with them wearing many hats. Most spend weekends and holidays working. Always love when others make comments about teachers and it’s always about the fact they get more holidays.
