Speaks volumes for me that he’s on GBNews and Jeremy Kyle to be honest.

ETA yes I’m aware that makes me sound like a massive twit but I don’t care 🤣
What I mean is, the only ‘news’ channels that will give him airtime are the tit ones. The mainstream media are reporting the facts directly from the police investigation, which is how it should be.
Absolutely agree. He just keeps saying the same thing over and over again. He's done his bit and it didn't work so he should just stfu in my opinion.

If her phone was connected to work call have they been asked what they know? They would have heard a splash?
When people just vanish it’s so sad for the families. I often think of Andrew Gosden’s family he vanished without trace too
Wow I'm so glad you asked this question, it's the first time I've seen it! Do you think the police have considered this?!

I guess it’s safe to assume the police would have finger printed her phone after it was found and also assessed / analysed the phones of the partner etc to check for reasons that she MAY have electively gone missing due to personal issues?

For example, if the police knew that there had been marital upset etc, and then someone went missing , it would likely be deliberate rather than abduction.
The police press conference today confirmed her phone has been forensically examined

Ok but for real though, have the police actually interviewed the dog?

She was on mute with the camera off. I like to think if anyone had heard anything they might have mentioned it by now and the police would have asked the question.

In the next recap, in massive bold letters, any objections to

the dog was dry but that does not matter

the conference call was on mute and camera was off so no one saw or heard anything

three people saw her on the walk

her husband is not a suspect

No wonder the police won't speak to Faulding, he'll go straight to the media and tell all. Guy can't hold his water, its actually incredible.

May I ask, given the timeline, given all the information which clearly shows how easy it is to drown in freezing cold water when fully clothed, what your alternative theory is?
I’m not agreeing with locals I have not seen the river myself I was just saying what the locals have said . I think it’s all so odd but then I don’t know if I feel that way because social media has blown up about this missing lady with all kinds of theory’s .

so many things that may have happened I just feel so sad for her family and kids x

I mean it seriously just beggars belief that anyone would genuinely ask if the police had asked people on a teams call with Nicola when she disappeared if they had heard anything. It will have been almost the very first thing they established for Christ's sake.

I asked this earlier, what I meant was had anything come of it, as have been dipping in and out, wasn’t sure if the people on the other end see or heard anything or if it was just on mute/camera off. Perhaps that’s what others here mean? Obviously we know it’s been looked into, just wasn’t sure the outcome.

I hate to be ‘that person’ but do keep up! As soon as the story broke it was reported the teams call was on mute

She only asked a question no need to keep jumping on everybody’s comments . Even If it is a ridiculous question

The thing that came of it was the police were told she was on mute with the camera off. End of line of enquiry. That's been repeatedly reported, how have you not seen it?

Nothing is right with this . Makes no sense locals say it isn’t fast flowing and kids swim in it in the summer . Even in winter it’s calm apparently. How could she be in the water she walked that way daily for years the dog was dry just makes no sense that she would fall in and not be able to get out . I’m shocked the police are still saying she has fell in unless they are looking at things behind the scenes
The thing is most “locals” saying that mean their kids swim in the wyre somewhere, not that specific spot. Everything I’ve heard about that area of the wyre previously plus what the police say says the undercurrents in that place are dangerous, even if it looks calm on top. Most rivers are the same, there’ll be a mix of genuinely calm spots, then ones that look calm but aren’t (and are consequently the most dangerous) then obviously wild spots.

And as PP said, even if it was calm, landing in freezing water suddenly with clothing that would become waterlogged and very heavy almost instantly and having a really steep bank would make it very difficult to get out.

I think your best bet then would be to Google to get the upto date relevant info. Or even try the search top right on Tattle.
