Not sure a bowl of water I mean fruit is going to help much as it’s not really fuel and clearly not taking the anti sick pills because these really helped me and they normally work for her. She’s going to keep getting thinner and have nothing to fight with she could make milkshakes and have full fat milk and add ice coffee or some cream just to pack the calories in. She needs to want to help herself but she’s got rid of her larger clothes now, so clearly not wanting to put some weight on !!

okay, so i'm not implying that anyone having chemo should be sitting at home on their own, isolated and not going out - but logically, if she is already aware that her immune system isn't great and she's more at risk of catching illnesses etc, would you not prioritise trying to stay as well as possible, instead of taking every opportunity to mix with as many people as possible, stay in random hotels and eat meals out and generally expose yourself to every germ within a 100+ mile radius?! I genuinely don't get it! it's not as though she isn't aware of the impact these "jaunts" have on her body, because she highlights it every single time it happens - it's hardly difficult to recognise that using all up all your body's energy, having days where you don't eat sufficiently and placing yourself at risk of even stuff like catching a cold will all have an impact - as she has proved to herself multiple times before, with her returning home from holidays/days out etc and almost immediately being admitted to A&E - i don't get her inability to look at the bigger picture! of she doesn't want her chemo to be cancelled, she could put far more energy into resting and eating well, still doing things she enjoys but pacing herself and not bouncing around filming content and posing for photos, at different locations every other day, which would sorely reduce the risk of her body being even more run down and at risk of infection! sure, there is still a chance her bloods wouldn't be great, but the fact it happens alsmot every week and she feigns confusion as to why is entirely farcical! there's a very obvious pattern and it's not difficult to join the dots! trying to ensure her body is able to cope with chemo genuinely seems doesn't seem like a priority to her.

So she walked into hospital with her stick, clearly NOT needing it which is so obvious, but sad she is such an attention seeking prolific liar who thinks it makes people feel sorry for her. She also had her wig on ??? But here she is sitting in the chair wig off hat on and stripping off her hoodie instead of just unzipping it to access said port. Why does she do this. I don’t understand her does she think her are stupid and not see she’s faking the mobility issues because in Tesco she was fine and also her pale picture in her car yesterday was filtered because in another shot she looked different. Her and Rich have a mental illness called Factitious Disorder. I feel sorry that their lives are so empty and lonely that they have to invent making the symptoms of their illness much worse to engage online people and gain sympathy.

Who doesn’t realise they’ve not had a poo for 8 days and ignored that she couldn’t wee properly either - who does that ?
When you’ve been increasing pain meds that she will know cause constipation she would have laxatives alongside and if not pee’ing no wonder she’s got a temp probably a urine infection - she could do without affecting her bloods / damaging her kidney which affects her treatment
She’s been eating donut after donut and then a big Sunday dinner - so it’s not rocket science to know your intake and not poo’ing isn’t normal.
BUT she is able to luckily video it all as she goes to make a reel after her attention seeking silence - why her husband is videoing her standing up wobbly from a chair instead of helping - places where there’s handrails she’s got the stick in the pic like a prop
Oh and luckily she’s not too tired to link discount codes for brands

She's not as ill as she makes out, I'm quite sure of it. I know she's terminal and that she has an awful amount of cancer in her bones, so I'm not entirely devoid of sympathy for her either. But she's way too bouncy and bright at the moment, compared to those shots last week of her picking her way down to the water's edge, leaning on her stick. I hate not feeling better disposed towards her but her affected manner and total selfishness really grate with me. It takes more than a hastily-put-together 'lightning bolt' campaign to show true compassion towards other cancer patients too.

That’s actually why I like this thread/Tattle in general (though like you say Ginny, some threads are vile, bullying and full of trolls)! I don’t see it as a place to shit on people/trash them, but instead critique their behaviour/ethical practices. I mean, sometimes I agree with something an influencer does and I’ll say that, but in fairness, an audience needs to have the freedom to say, “This is not OK,” and a platform on which to say it.

Yes, it's really needed in the current climate of fawning cult-followers over on Insta. We have a far more balanced view on here - we can feel sorry for Nicky's predicament of course, but also be horrified by her stupid behaviour.
Also this morning it was good to see one of the 'grammers, Lizzi, talk honestly to camera about both her own feelings and her awareness of what other people with cancer are currently going through too.

I think instagram has considerably changed Nickys personality, perhaps even giving her confidence. Her older videos are much more less OTT.

I actually loved Nicky when she was just nice and the girl next door type before she became an influencer but personally she was probably always this way but now as she’s so ill people let her get away with her awful shitty behaviour . I bet this behaviour was always in her but her need for greed and lacking in reading the room has become unbearable.

and also, in what world do people wander past a stall selling brownies, and say to whoever they're with "ooh, maybe we should pop back later" only for the owners of the stand - who, if they had genuinely overheard such a comment would be looking forward to a potential sale later in the day - to take upon themselves to pack up a box of brownies, and hand-deliver it as a #gifted freebie to the random stranger, actively going out of their way to find her in the nail salon?! absolute bullshit. it's obvious they either recognised her from IG and saw an opportunity to get a shout out for their business on a huge social media platform, or Nicky made a huge deal about oohing and ahhing over the brownies, super loudly and dramatically, with emphasise on it being her sister's wedding day and how she is super sick and there were times they were worried she wouldn't make it, likely leaning in her sister to support her frail, malnourished body - only for the stall holders to feeel sorry for her and box her up some free brownies out of sympathy/pity. whatever happened, the way she has described it clearly isn't accurate.
