Do inhalers even last a decade? My son (DS aka "You little bugger") used to have one and I'm sure they have to be replaced after a certain length of time even if they sit unused in a drawer. They expire. I don't know whether it's the contents, the "propellant"(for want of a better word) or what, but archeologists certainly wouldn't be picking one out of Tutenkhamun's tomb saying "Wow - he had asthma, and this inhaler is still as good as new!"

No. It wouldn't do any good had she actually needed to use it.

I'm sure a few people from Digital Spy did a trip to where she lived or were planning to at least. It's the only forum I read at the time so wouldn't have seen anything on MN. They were originally trying to organise some sort of search party I think.
