I would not say these are the stats of someone who makes good use of a Pelaton.
You can’t out train a bad diet. Forget pelatons/jazzercise whatever. Just focus on calorie reduction. Up protein. Lower (don’t cut out) carbs. Cut out highly processed carbs like sliced white bread. Ditch alcohol. Ditch milky coffees at the gym. Drink more water. Don’t bother weight lifting. Walk the dog at least once a day fast enough that you can’t talk very easily for 45 minutes. Don’t sit down in the house during the day for more than 45 minutes between 9-‘ and 3pm. Make sure you are up doing house work/gardening etc. Do all this for three months and you will definitely lose weight. Once that bit happens and good routines are established, THEN look at adding weight training etc
Spoiler: none of this will happen

. What WILL happen or two weeks of weight training which will make absolutely no difference due to waffles/latte/white bread/wine intake and copious amounts of time on bottom
reading/watching TV during the day. Weight lifting will then be abandoned as it “doesn’t work”

. Dog walking will continue at snail’s pace to avoid the inconveniences as long as possible. More hair disaster(sorry, “journey”) content will be interspersed randomly amongst all this and another cheapo out of season holiday booked
