I'm genuinely confused. If The Hinch shows, discusses and uses a product in her stories, is she not classed advertising it to or 1.7million followers? Or is it only classed as advertising if she's been paid for the post? Products are still cropping up on her stories with no #ad or #gifted #affiliated or #paidpartnership. There's definitely some link with her and zoflora. And minky etc etc etc. Can't stand the fakeness - just cheap advertising to a captive audience of blinkered fruit-loops.

I'm the exact same as you so yesterday I sent some screenshots off to the ASA. I've had a reply back stating that my "complaint has been passed over for assessment and a complaint executive will be in touch in due course"
I previously reported her and their response was that she had breached the advertising codes and they said they would take steps to address this but I honestly think she makes her only rules and thinks she's above the law.
Gleam will have just told her to carry on ignoring it and let her know the worst the ASA will do is give a warning. Until they have a serious warning they can just carry on breaking the law. It sucks

It's funny how Little Miss Mops doesn't get a mention. She has a huge following on IG and despite Mrs Hinch attempting to aknowledge her and be her "friend" all I can see is the media always preferring the more "polished" instagramners.

Love LMP! She’s so genuine and down to earth. I sent her a DM recently and she wrote me the lovliest detailed reply and even followed me even though I have a blank account (used for just following celebs/yourubers etc) and no followers. ? All Sophie does is repost the fawning DMs she receives so everyone can see how loved she is. I doubt she’s spending much time crafting personal replies.
I like LMP too because, as you say, she is down to earth.. It's shame she hasn't "made it" as an influencer because she has been doing this for a heck of a lot longer and she's not a dick! Basically, she doesn't have fake hair, fake nails, fake tan, fake life, so she is not Insta Famous!
Mrsmops is a lovely down to earth person what you see is what you get with her and she does an amaxing job
It's obvious sophie's paid by B&M and Home Bargains. Showing a receipt means nothing, she either has a card from them or pops a photo of the receipt to them for full reiumbursement. zoe did same with waitrose and primark. always hauls of crap from them they neither seem to want or reappear again. sophie makes it too obv with the romantic filter and music outside the shop entrance every time she sees one.

Yes. She knows it's from all the candles, too. She said, this is because I light so many candles all of the time! She's thick as mince. She can't possibly care about her dog & hubs as much as she says, she's slowly but surely poisoning them, and seems quite proud of it! Does she think all that ash sticks only to the house? She had a bowl of black water.
I feel 100% she reads here, so if people report here on a particular item maybe keep it quiet as I saw she removed the offending advert as soon as someone wrote about it here!

So she takes a picture of her dog and posts it next to Zoflora which is harmful to pets and she then tells us she feeds it ham which is harmful to a dogs digestion... she really is even more stupid than I thought.
Also that dog is overweight prob due to lack of exercise and being given the wrong food.
