So she’s losing out on presumably over £1000 a month rental income …see she’s not a greedy bitch.
If her sister did rent it off her she wouldn’t be able to claim benefits to pay the rent to a family member….. (but thats none of my business!)
She must have a ton of cash to be so generous to be able to do such a kond hearted thing.

24th I think so Sunday. Hinch is too busy moving to be going to the wedding even though she's had 9 months to move. Her anxiety will be so bad. She'll pop her head in at the end when everyone is leaving. Will do a fake story and declare her love for her best bubs in the world

it’s likely they’ll either be doing some work in return for living there, or there’ll be a way to ‘hide’ the money ie ISA for kids, cash in hand payment which they then towards bigger items like a car etc. they just need to hide a monthly income from renting the house as they will have to pay tax on that and she is after all the ‘influencer’ who gave away a pitiful signed box of zoflora…

Please be big large, drooling, heavily mauling breeds that scratch at door frames and chew everything in place when she realises the cuntry (just off a main road from town) dream was a bit more than she could hack and has to move back… I don’t even give it 600 “chapters” (threads) tbh! Oh what a way for the book to end. The villain makes their own downfall and these threads have certainly been more entertaining and well written than any book she has “produced”.

Its because she still sees it as "her house". Its all her furniture and decor, she's calling over "often" the new family wont be allowed to change a thing, i'll bet she even keeps a key. Though part of me hopes they repaint it in multicolour and change the locks
