We have written to Sophie Hinchcliffe and asked for their response to the points of complaint that we are looking into, which are set out in the attached document. Next steps

Soo the reason Sophie is crying troll and offline..... just had a response from the ASA saying they have written to Mrs Hincliffe about the points raised and are awaiting a response from her!!
