I've just snooped and the original planning permission was filed by the previous owner in June 2020 and approved in August 2020. The decision notice states works must commence within three years of planning permission being granted.
Grinch submitted her planning permission (or rather her builder did) in Jan 2022 and the only reason I can see for this is because she wants different finishes/materials than what's stipulated on the previous planning application. Plus the balcony obviously.

Seeing a lot of you commenting on how she could have got more for her money and totally agree. It’s actually sickening the amount she’s spent on it and the amount she’ll spend renovating. I don’t understand who her target audience are anymore, I mean can you imagine wanting to watch someone brag and bring up alpacas?
She was always looking for a fixer upper. As well as the content it’s ad central and a nice easy way to slip them in. She’s already advertised her Tesco range in the boot room and her own clothes whilst tending to her newtoys boys. I think she thinks this will bring her bigger and better contracts for home ranges.
I love interiors but my style is quirky, putting things together that shouldn’t go together but end up looking good. It’s not to everyone’s tastes but reflects me. She thinks she’s good at interiors but she’s only good at copying from Pinterest. No thought whatsoever going into how the room will work, just copy and paste! It annoys me because the house itself is lovely and has so much potential! As soon as she’s finished she’ll be back updating the boot room again and the cycle will continue. Wasteful cow

There's 2 listed, one in June 2020 fir just orangery and one in Jan this year for orangery and balcony. June's application is approved, January one is pending
Had a quick look and compare of the plans. It seems the new orangery is slightly smaller and different construction to the old plans, hence reapplying for permission with the balcony.

I’ve just been nosing at the planning applications. Was definitely in the vendor’s name last time.
Interestingly, the triple garage was refused twice when it included a store above and a ground floor WC.
It was finally approved when submitted as just a garage, with this condition -
