You thinking development on nearby land?

@fannysjohnny definitely knows something, or at least strongly suspects, about the immediate area
Not in the immediate future, I don't think. Maldon has two huge garden suburbs of about 3/4000 houses total being built over the next 5 years. But the council did a call for sites last year so could be eyeing up future development sites.

So it's a conservatory with brick walls then.

Orangery - How Hyacinth. :ROFLMAO:

Traditionally, orangeries were grand, ostentatious buildings used to grow orange trees in large period homes. The solidity of the pillars sheltered the oranges, but large expanses of glass ensure the sun's warmth cultivated the plants. ... This means an orangery can look like a conservatory and vice-versa.

eta - I've got an orangery as well Soph lol. Posh me.
How very dare you!!??!?! It's a timber framed orangery to let the natural light in to the kitchen

She's taller than me and I have canoes... she has loooong toes as well by the looks, they must be size 5 on their own lol.
I'm 5ft9 with size 4.5/5 feet ... the only dainty bit of me, mind. Her foot looks about double the size of mine!
