Ok so I have an anxiety disorder, yes a real one Sophie. Of course i get everyone is different and maybe it’s just me trying to normalise my anxiety behaviours but who leaves the mail until a basket is full? I get literal anxiety every before the post comes, and I have to open it straightaway because it’s the fear of the unknown I guess, there could be a urgent letter or something. I get worried if I’m at work and not there for the mail. Maybe I’m just being rude but surely if you suffer anxiety you wouldn’t leave your post to rack up before you look at them, especially if you suffer with anxiety ...

So this is in the mirror online. Firstly why the hell is she still continuing with her ‘career’ if it’s been so damaging to her mental health? Something which numerous people have brought up on here.
Then to actually say her depression is largely down to being trolled for having a wonky face, disgusting hands and an annoying voice, is she for real? If that’s worst she’s been called she’s had it lightly. What GP would prescribe anti depressants to someone who purposely sits reading bad comments about themselves? This is self inflicted anxiety. She’s cried poor tale yet again when in reality she had anxiety and self doubt before she was ‘Mrs hinch’ hence her feeling the need to have a gastric band etc. I truly believe all these feel sorry for me interviews are bullshit, she’s majorly milking the trolling now and as for her saying cleaning is her therapy, there’s no amount of cleaning she could do to sort her head out because she’s a calculated fraud!! People have real life problems and real depression and all this this woman does is use it to her advantage. I call it selective anxiety. Sorry that was a rant but she makes my tits fizz
