I think silicone is different these days too, I think thatās prob acrylic silicone, I canāt see it adhering to the grout that easily. I wouldnāt be surprised if it donāt cure. I canāt see why she didnāt scrub bleach or the mildew spray with a toothbrush over it, it was an odd line of discolour too, looked a bit like their casseroles or burgers been shat up the wall lolsilicone and grout are totally different thoughI have that product as our rental houseās bathroom was a bit grim and needed a freshen and itās literally just a superficial layer to refresh silicone (The rubbery caulk bit behind sinks etc) not grout. So sheās not used it properly sheās just bodged it
Sheās definitely moving away from ācleaningā. She also canāt have been bothered about her eggy sink today because we didnāt have the usual zoflora and bicarb combo![]()

I can see drips running down tiles as she applied the renew stuff? If that was water in the grout line then thatās been pointless
