Saw this posted this morning and couldn’t help but think of Hinch:

Are you going to work? Just have a look down the street as you do! See that Audi owned by that woman who looks down her nose at you because you’re in a carers uniform? Or that guy in the Range Rover who lords it up thinking he’s better than you when he sees you work at Asda? You’ll see their car is still on the drive! You know why? Because they’re not essential!!!

They NEED you!

Remember that this next few weeks!

Remember that you’re a hero!

So next time anyone of you feel that Hinch has more than you, just remember that during a time where our county saw a pandemic- she was still doing the same swipe ups and cleaning as usual- she ran out of content and became even more boring than usual. Her Audi and Range Rover haven’t moved- unlike many of our cars.
I 💗this. SO true. ☺

Find her absolutely revolting.... Can barely find a bar of soap to buy in shops, let alone disinfectant and there she goes spraying a bloody towel rail and god knows what else that doesn't NEED disinfectant. Unreal. Hope she crashes and burns after this.

bleeping hell yesterday was the tour of Gifted Towers and today more fake fan mail she’s sent herself. Honestly have a day off Hinch! You have zero content and you’re boring as duck.
Well duck, I'm cured. I've suffered with depression and anxiety and long as I can remember, I thought therapy and medication would get me through but nah, all I need to do is write down a list including every time I pish, change my knickers and go from my bedroom to the living room. Someone alert the overworked overstretched mental health service.

If, and it’s a big if...someone from a crisis team is advertising Hinch by telling someone who is mentally vulnerable to make a Hinch list then I am fuming.
This woman damages vulnerable peoples mental health by encouraging a ridiculous level of consumerism, promoting purchasing as a solution to any problem.
The mountain of cleaning products needed to be on her gang is ridiculous and terrible for the envieonment.

I really hope she is making this up herself because if I knew a professional was promoting Hinch as a solution to mental health I would suggest complaints are made...not sure to whom at the moment but once life is back to some level of normallacy then this needs to be explores.
it’s probably more a case of the patient talking about how hinch lists help her feel good and get cleaning done and the professional suggesting she does one because it’s something that makes her feel good assuming it’s productive to get some cleaning done but not realising the leader of the hinchers cause they’re blessed not to know anything about gross conduct

Isn’t funny all the gushing comments that we suspect come from her or her team always start with ‘you’re probably not going to read this’. I very much doubt that someone in a professional position has told someone to buy the bloody Mrs hinch activity journal. She’s absolutely disgusting trying to flog her journal during this time as a way to help cure anxiety you may be feeling during the corona lockdown. She’s been doing it for the last 2 weeks but this is the first time she’s been a bit more blatant about it. She is literally scum. If people feel that colouring will help them then why not print off a few colouring sheets at home. Why clog up our already overstretched postal service for some that’s absolutely non-essential.

That’s what I thought/hoped too. I’ve done CBT and what Hinch calls her tada list is what my counsellor encouraged me to do, on the days where just getting out of bed felt impossible to write it down felt like I’d achieved something. Then it would be made the bed etc. I’m over simplifying it as I’m no expert but I think this is what’s been suggested and the patient has attached herself to the Hinch phenomenon.
I think this is where all Hinches lists come from, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s had counselling and lists have been suggested. She’s ran with it. However, this is where it gets dangerous, she willy nilly says anxiety and low days etc, people with mental health issues are clinging to that, and I think this is where the obsession has started. Hinch has sold herself as this poor anxiety ridden wee soul who cleans and does Hinch hauls and wow look how happy I am now. When you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be happy, belonging to a community that applauds you for spending 10 hours a day cleaning, it’s validating that this behaviour is ok, when it is in fact masking a bigger issue. Ooh check me out I’ve spent money I don’t have on things I don’t need and got up at 4am to Hinch while the baby sleeps, post it online and get noticed and applauded.
She’s praying on the vulnerable wether she realises it, or would ever admit to it or not.

I think what she meant about the world being beautiful was maybe about pollution etc like the Venice canals being clear? But just worded it really wrong and insensitive.

Also how is keeping ronnies meal time bibs in a box under another box make them easy access? 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
Label maker was in the top box, priorities...come on 🤣

I can’t believe all three of them went to drop off supplies for her mum and dad. They definitely didn’t, she just went to go and see them. Poor Ronnie as always looks about an enthusiastic as a palm tree.
Why does she carry him like that??? It looks so uncomfortable for both and the fact she’s shoving him up every two seconds. Put him
On your bloody hip. She drives me insane 😂😂😂 and yesterday when she said sorry no designer handbags on display. Where’s your LV bag hiding then

I personally don't think anyone should be ordering anything online except for toiletries/food at the moment. All these ads for tit around her home is really taking the piss at the moment. Why the hell doesn't she go through all this tit she has around the house and donate it to some local charities who could distribute it to people in need? Through work we are doing food/hygiene/toy packs for families in need - it is not that hard to not be selfish you know Soph!

It’s called behaviour activation. It’s about trying to encourage people to re activate your their life. When we do nothing we tend to ver think and can end up going down that rabbit hole of overthinking but it is trying to get a balance between doing necessary activities and also pleasurable activities. I do encourage clients to try and stay on top of things but your right as just doing that is not addressing the underlying issues that person is suffering from. If anyone is struggling at the moment you can inbox me. I work as a therapist and must admit I really struggled yesterday and ended up going to bed and sleeping for three hours just to remove myself. So I think under the current climate we are going to be on a roller coaster of emotions that we are not used to as we have not really experienced anything like this before. I can direct people to some brilliant resources that I use with people if anyone needs any help. 😊💪

I see another cleaning influencer has a article in the DM today 😂😂😂

Oh thank you 😘
Absolutely, at my lowest points i wanted to put the duvet over my head and stay there all day, then the over thinking starts. Staying active definitely helps. It’s so over used now but we really do need to be kind to ourselves as much, even more than we are to everyone else. Why do we put ourselves so far down our lists of priorities.
Anyway, I’m going off on a tangent, just wanted to thank you for your lovely message and offer of support to anyone who needs it. Take care 😘

Thank you for posting and explaining this ! I used to work low intensity CBT and it absolutely ENRAGED me to see her almost trying to take credit for the 'hinch lists' and 'tadaa' lists being some revolutionary idea of hers to help mental health. Tee hee, aren't I wonderful ?
No, you daft bint, that concept has a name and its behavioural activation , not 'hinch lists'. When explained and used properly it is a really helpful way to gently help people through depression and anxiety . Scribbling rubbish in an overpriced notebook is not genius .

She boils my piss at the best of times, let alone trying to paint herself as St Soph ; cleaner and therapist. Bore off .

Yeah it’s very odd. You would either carry a baby with there legs around your waist or on your him. No wonder he never smiles at her face he never bloody sees it even when she’s carrying him. I wonder that maybe he doesn’t grip her the way most babies do so she holds him like that.

Haven’t had time to read or catch up but just came here to say, that message she shared about advice from a mental health crisis team “do a Hinch list” is by far and away thee worst thing, I have ever, ever ever seen her write. I am absolutely astonished. How bleeping dare she share that how dare she! People have been studying for years to become mental health practitioners in a very VERY specialised field, why did they bother when this dumb bleeping bleep had the solution all along? Worse thing she’s ever done in my eyes. What a vile vile vile woman. Sophie, you are absolutely disgusting to do that. It’s actually really upset me this.

It enraged me when she used the Dettol all in one spray to shine her towel rail. You just cannot get that stuff where I live at the moment, I’ve been looking for weeks. I’m desperate to get some for my diabetic Mum, so she can spray her post/shopping deliveries before she takes them in.
Bet Hinch has got a right stash of it!
