If the budget doesn’t permit paying trades people and you don’t have the skill set then maybe it’s not the right time to launch a renovation IG! Wouldn't most of us save, learn whatever skill, appropriate funds from, say, takeaways and concerts to a tiler or plasterer. Or get a loan, use credit... ?
