I came across this case today and felt so sick reading it . The poor child, I hope she recovers and goes on to lead a happy healthy life
Her mother if you want to call her that should be on death row, 30yrs is not enough.

Watching the chan 5 missing program, i find it so unsettling how people just vanish. I just find it so hard to comprehend the hurt for the families

The mum who has just been on appealing for he son. She was so lovely and just wants to know where he is as she’s got blood cancer. X

it honestly makes me feel ill thinking about their suffering. It’s just impossible to move on because there must be so many what ifs, just trying to live your life but hoping they walk back through the door

It must be complete and utterly soul destroying and absolutely torturous. I cannot imagine a worse feeling.

Came across this in relation to Claudia years ago but forgot all about it until reading this thread.

Obviously it could all be bull but I have seen posts from the woman that wrote it on another forum and she seemed genuine.

Oh that's weird, I went to college with the writer of that article. Can't comment on it in context though except to say yeah I found it hard to follow.

One missing child’s case that’s always stuck with me was the disappearance of Lisa Irwin. She was a 10 month old baby who went missing from her home one night, nothing ever turned up about her. I hope she is still alive and is happy.

Andrew Gosden is one that baffles me too.

This one is really strange, he was a bit of a survivalist, so would have known how to live out in the woods, the area he went missing has been searched lots and nothing found. Poor woman never knowing and having a newborn too

I can't remember where I read it- I think on a hikers forum- but apparently he went out in quite unsuitable clothing and not very well equipped.

Not blaming him in any way at all, but the implication was that if there had been an accident or difficult terrain or whether he may have struggled with it.

I feel so sad for his poor wife, having her second child without him there. I've seen some of the posts she puts up regularly and she comes across as amazingly strong and trying to stay positive.

Sky news have reported that police divers have returned to the river where Nicola Bulley was found on orders of the coroner. Not sure whether this is a normal procedure.

While reading about Evan Reid, I came across this story, I don't know if it's been covered before or if anyone knows of any updates. So heartbreaking, I can't imagine the agony of a year passing and thinking your partner has (possibly) tragically passed away in the wilderness and where are they...or is it something more extreme. He missed the birth of their second child, too. I hope both families have answers soon.

I randomly watched an old programme last week on BBC iplayer called Highland Cops and during the course of the programme they took the missing person enquiry for Finn. They tried so hard to find him but the conditions were terrible.
