What is she feeding them? Hope she doesn't start feeding them carrots and things it's a choking hazard to horses especially young foals

She shouldn't be feeding the foal anything at all??? If I was the owner I wouldn't be very happy.

I’ve had horses all my life and you should NEVER feed horses grass cuttings. Sounds daft as it’s just grass and that’s what they eat, so the average person wouldn’t think of this. But it can lead to over consuming and cause colic which is fatal in horses

Haha why is the idea that you can get brand new flooring laid such a surprise? 
if they’re having a log burner fire place they could just pick a contrasting flooring, like a nice monochrome tiled hearth to replace the missing bit, sand and re-varnish.

Hahaha they could have left the carpet down. Tore up a corner and had the guy sand and tell them the same thing... that red flooring won't get much lighter then that.... that was prettu obvious it wont be a sandy colour.
Agree with above... as if you wouldn't have known prior to signing the contract the one thing that sold her the house the loh burner wasn't going to be compliant ...who doesn't do building/pest inspections before buying a house. That is so high risk.
