Yep, I totally agree, I think their perfect relationship has hit a rough patch. My guess is he is making her feel like it’s her fault (he’s a gaslighting twit after all), which has sent her spinning and “reading” every relationship book she can get her hands on.
This photo is interesting, notice how most of the employees are young women. And the body language with duck Face dominating over the room. He would brag and say look how many women we employ, aren’t we great?! But in reality they hire young women because they know they’re easier to manipulate. I say this as someone who was very shy and afraid to speak up when I was in my early 20s, a lot of men take advantage of young women like that.

It's also probably because it's easier to give low wages to young women who just started working and want a first experience. The Ikonns don't seem to be the kind of people who would want to raise their salaries as the years go and they would get more experience. I also don't see them wanting to fork for maternity leave etc.
People also learn with time that the kind of work advertisement they put online is typically the ones you should avoid if you want good working conditions. So between the low salaries and their recruitment strategy, I don't think they can attract experimented people who know their value on the work market. It could have helped them to deliver better products. But Alex and Meme believe anyone should feel grateful to work for them and should sell their soul in exchange.
It seems to be a recurring theme; Alex escapes on holiday to get away from his wife and kid, gets guilt tripped and goes on holiday with them immediately after, once they’re back he’s off on his own travels again to escape them

The irony is poncy reposted from Dad Talk Today when he’s the least fatherly figure there is. But I get it. MeMe sees relationships and marriages like a Hollywood movie. It has to be romantic (or look romantic on social). It seems Alexa can’t force himself to be that couple anymore but he obviously still enjoys the benefits this marriage brings - money and image. MeMe would agree to anything to stay married. It’s really pathetic of her after all these years she preaches to strangers to be this, be that. She can’t do anything for herself. She’s like one of those footballers’ wives. They’re all doormats even when divorce would give them financial rewards and freedom anyway.
It is remarkable how arrogant this little tit is, despite having no substance. Instead of talking big empty words, go to school and work on your accent (despite being raised in an English speaking country) before someone punches you in your nose. Alex is such a social climber. He thinks he made it to Wimbledon? Wimbledon used to be just about tennis but over the last 6-7 years these wannabes and influencers have ruined it since the tournament is so commercialised. The likes of Tanya Burr, Jim Chapman, Niomi Smart, the Beckham kids and other meaningless dimwits who haven’t got a clue about tennis are invited by brands. I used to get tickets through my old job when I first moved to the UK. We needed to be keen on the sport to go and had to accept that a lot of times we might not get a centre court game and would see lesser known players but it was exciting.

Had a quick look at the interview - Meme said she only uses her tit hair products. Last summer she was proudly telling us her tricks to travel just with a cabin luggage - one of them was to purchase random hair products during her numerous and lengthy stays abroad.
