What I don’t understand is why she feels the need to share what’s she’s planning content wise? She’s very passive aggressive when it comes to people asking questions/ making suggestions. So don’t see her point.She wants people to use YouTube in the same way she consumes YouTube content. Almost demanding it.
I tell you what though, from the Shorts example she is showing in her video, she has no self worth issues with her appearance does she?
Fair enough it’s her channel, her time that’s she uses to film etc. but just do it. If people want to watch a video and if they don’t, they won’t.
Let’s be honest she has a handful of people that are actually quite loyal to her but it’s not like she’s got people begging for beauty reviews
Why is she sat on the floor in front of her sideboard. Is she trying to show off that she owns a g-plan or other similar 1960’s piece of furniture? They’re easy to come by, doesn’t make you special for owning a 1960’s piece! Bet it goes lovely with her 60’s/boho lounge!
Less vlogs is a good shout. Weekly, or fortnightly, or even just when something's happening would be a better shout.
So, she wants to do 'shorts' and then link them to her blog???? Who's got time for that. I only put her on in the background as it is - I don't watch shorts or tiktok (rarely when my daughter finds a funny tiktok and shows me)....I'm certainly not going to read a review when it's probably on youtube anyway..........

I’m on a cocktail of meds for my own mental health, how I made it through last year alive I don’t know, but this whole chaotic trying to be relatable bollocks is well… bollocks. Milo having to wake his own mom to take him to school? Wtf! I’m surprised she doesn’t have early help intervention tbh.

I think the only reason she sat next to that ugly cabinet is show her hair isn’t the same colour as it was. By sitting next to the shite brown cabinet you can see her hair has a red tint as she KNOWS her hair looks identical as before AS ALWAYS and she has bigged up this big transformation lmao.

You don’t have the money to splurge on beauty products these days (like many right now thanks cost of living crisis) but no fooker wants to spend their spare time watching you apply discontinued prodacts badly. The same look every time with one shadow on the eye lid and a pencil smOdged as liner.
Just because you liked you tube in 2016 doesn’t mean that content will work in 2023. Who even reads blogs any more and she is just sticking her tik tok stoff on you tube as shorts AND Instagram as reels. So lazy if you cant be faffed with your content and audience (never replies to comments unless its a opportunity to attack them) why would we waste our time watching the same shite video four times on every platform
Check her social blade for a laugh LOL unfollowed 990 in two days and now they are unfollowing back

I don't watch her shorts (or anyone's really) and i most certainly would not click on anyone's blog.
I'm not interested in old makeup. In fact I think I'm growing out of makeup full stop so to speak. I know what i like now, i used to watch sooooo much makeup content on yt but now not so much. I've no interest in dupes, cheap brands or superdrug/boots hauls, I've got more disposable income than i did 10 years ago if i want high end things i buy them not the cheap compromise versions. I buy less but spend more. If i have any interest in a product that's been around for years then chances are I searched for reviews years ago.
I look at other 'beauty' youtubers that started at the same time as Mik - they've moved with the times and their channels have grown year on year. Mik has done 'declutters' in the past but, she didn't sit and explain why she got rid of half a drawer of lipsticks. She just showed before and after. I've watched busy mums on YT who have filmed a declutter over several weeks as they could only film in 15 minute parts...then edited together. They swatched everything, discussed how it wore - if there were cheaper dupes etc. Mik's always been 'half arsed' when it came to doing it herself....
Yes, I remember watching Anna (Anna Edit) and Alix (I Covet Thee?) clearing out makeup. Showing like 8 blushes, saying they only need 2-3, swatching and giving their reasons for which they’re keeping.

I know people used to collect a fair bit of makeop. But now in your mid 30s, like someone saying above, you’re buying less but nicer things you know work for you. It’d doMik the world of good to bin 95% of her old makeop, stop having 20 baskets all over the house with lip liners and eyeshadow palettes she won’t blend properly.

I've tried to watch the "channel direction" video, i think she's massively over thinking everything. She made a video last January about changes she'd be making. I actually thought it was a good video, structured, planned (although she was going to be doing moon manifestations, vision boards, rule of attraction etc which do not appeal to me personally) she lost interest in all the supposed changes before February had evej eneded!
She did a video once where she took outfits/styles from insta/celebs and tried to recreate them by shopping her wardrobe. I feel like she'd be better expanding on that. I don't think her channel will survive another year's worth of videos of her waffling about old products. Shorts will drive people to unsubscribe judging by her comment section (I'm really surprised her sub count hasn't gone down given how poor her views are but i guess fake accounts don't unsubscribe).
Wandering around shops without purpose is her and her husband's hobby. That is so sad
she should take up an exercise class or join a group. I'm sure her mental health would benefit massively from a hobby and socialising. I don't understand how anyone could get so sucked into commercialism there's literally nothing more to them.

I just can’t get over how bad her skin looks in all these close-up tiktoks etc. I’d NEVER shame anyone for the likes of acne/wrinkles etc, just for context.
But my god, her face looks so burnt and over-sensited. Terribly blended foundation doesn’t help. She needs to take some time off the actives and just focus on hydration and repairing her skin barrier, if that’s possible now.
