Yes…my knees looked like that when I was very skinny. You can tell Megan is naturally a pear shape - if she ate more/worked out less/didn’t have cosmetic surgery, she’d have wide hips, a big bum and a smaller chest. But she doesn’t want that aesthetic, especially since it’s clear MGK loves the hourglass Barbie/Pam/porn star look.
