If anything they need to give up the poor dog, Lucy is constantly screaming at it in the lives. Tom tried to turn the music up today to disguise the screeching at the poor thing. I doubt they're taking it for two walks a day, or even a week as that would require them to stop being lazy slobs for half an hour.
A guinea pig is hardly any work in comparison to a dog. And to give it to someone who clearly has no clue how to care for it and neglects her own dog since its at someone else's house every other weekend is despicable.

How horrible to give away your child's pet. It's not as if they do anything else during the day. Plenty of time to clean their house and look after a guinea pig.
