Yeah I think there is but I'm nealry sure she said a good while back that "she" was paying for the bus.

If what is said on this thread is true about philo, then it would make sense.
In fairness if she does get Carers allowance she’s well entitled to it. She has two boys with ASD and has another who is awaiting assessment, she takes them to appointments etc. I get half rate Carers for my child, I have a college degree but can’t return to work as my child has so many issues and so many appointments that I’d be missing work more than I’d be there and my child needs me. I do agree she’s always spending but the kids have a good life and they’re well looked after unlike a lot of other bloggers/influencers or whatever you’d call them. I do feel crap looking at her sometimes and would love to be able to always be buying stuff or getting the hair/Botox/nails done but we all have our own crosses to bear. I do agree though I think she has changed, I still love watching her stories, you never know what you’ll get next!
I’m not suggesting she’s not entitled to it I’m just wondering if she gets it or not. Obviously it’s no ones business if she does or not but just curious where the endless supply of money comes from. From what I’ve seen on her stories I’ve never once heard her mention she was taking any of the boys to any appointments.
In fairness she regularly says she’s bringing them to appointments she has also recorded stories in her car whilst waiting for them ....
She also volunteered with Alone and visited an elderly lady weekly ....
I really like her not too bothered with the sex segments & talk to Trish they were good/humorous at the start but I’m not too interested in reading if a random person sh1t on their bf whilst having anal !

I think it must be very difficult to have 3 children with ASD and know I was in her position would definitely be cracking out the gin on a Friday!
I do be curious too and it makes me feel like tit, I’d say Philo must be raking it in. I have heard her say she’s taking two of the boys to appointments, I’m not going to name the boys but as far as I’m aware and I only heard it from her stories, at least one of them attends Enable Ireland (before Covid). I think the other boys appointments have started up since again, she was at one a few weeks ago with him. Carers Allowance works by means test, so if she’s in receipt of DCA and the household income is less than 665 a week she’s entitled to it, then it’s means tested after that so she could well be in receipt of it, depends on Philo’s income
Ok fair enough I must have missed those stories, but having two children with asd must be extremely hard and I wouldn’t wish it on anybody. I’d like if she spoke about that side of her life more as opposed to the ridiculous sex talks etc but maybe she prefers to keep that personal and that’s obviously fine. He’s some sort of tradesman isn’t he? To be honest I’d say he’s on well more than €665 a week if the house is anything to go by anyway
I agree, I think he’s a plumber and from what she says I’d say he owns the business. She organises their Christmas work party so that’s why I think that, I could be completely wrong though! I’d love if she did speak more about ASD too, I think she has a highlight on it but doesn’t go into it at all really, I tap on when the talk to Trish stuff pops up, it’s always the same kind of stuff really, I suppose that’s what she’s sent in and then she just posts it so obviously that will interest some and not others. I love her house and could sit through tours of it every day though, it’s fab!
He has his own plumbing business with a few fellas under him in company vans.
If he had his own business would he be over the means test allowance? I skip through the talk to Trish it’s boring now I’ve heard all the same story’s on the snaps before. It’s not funny anymore!
Yeah I'd say they are means tested with his income, but probably still a small % of the careers allowance. The Talk to Trish and Sex Stories are just repetitive now.
I think shes good..lighthearted on insta...I wouldnt blame her for enjoying a few of lifes simple pleasures...better than being miserable aint it...she seems to be doing a good job with her kids and house...and maybe it wasnt always so easy for her as her own family dont seem to be much help to her? I say good on her.
Just because he has his own business doesnt mean theyre loaded, i know plenty of tradesmen who earn less having a company than they would being a on their own. Its also easy enough to have a nice house if you can do all the jobs in it yourself. My husbands a builder so we have build ins, custom wardrobes and do jobs around the place all the time becauae material is cheap but skilled work isn't if you have to pay for it.
