Is she a plumber now? How does she know where the leak is from. How hypocritical to ag off this person on her page/vlog then cry troll and get upset if anyone does similar to her! What's sauce for the (vegan) goose is sauce for the (vegan) gander.

eta if the first plumber is responsible she can claim his liability insurance anyway...or just give them a chance to fix it...but that would be too sensible 🙄
This has irritated me. Can you tell 😂

Oh, didn't you get the memo? Influencers are exempt from any criticism.

(I totally agree)

I’ve completely had enough of her. I’ve gone from being a big fan to being sick to the back teeth of her in a few short months. She’s massively entitled and completely unrelatable now. Sad.
Same. It's not even because they're earning lots of money, it's more that the trust is gone. Did the minimalist, simple living moral person ever even exist? Or was it all an act to cover her true greed and 'mean girl' self?

Last year when she did a 30min video on £30 gift sets from the body shop was when I felt uneasy about her ethics. (Promoting things no one needs from a company that exploits women through MLM).
Since then she's really lost what made her 'likable'.
I think professionally (her morals Vs money) and personally (her weight gain) she is having a huge identity crisis. (not hating on the weight, she just seems uncomfortable living in those awful linen dresses, when she used to dress in a more casual way).

I dunno, I'm still watching, but I certainly don't respect her anymore.

It was when she started working with Function of Beauty that I realised how much she had changed.

Complete agree about trust. I actually feel duped by her 😕

I’m waiting for her to go non-vegan now. She’s thrown away all of her other morals, so I don’t see her doing this for the rest of her life.

She was tee-total for a long time, then all of a sudden she was drinking champagne. Now she’s occasionally tee-total… which isn’t a thing. You are, or you aren’t.

Seen another youtuber pick up her book for 50p in a charity shop. 🤷‍♀️ . Kinda summing her up for me. Used to like and respect her, but she is getting too big for her own boots and no longer relateable

This wedding is going to be fascinating. I predict some key performative displays of sustainability eg a rented or second hand dress. These decisions will be heavily mentioned as a distraction from all the other excessive & unnecessary elements.

And then also some things that appear carefree and casual, like wildflower crowns for hair, paper lanterns… all giving a relaxed surface level appearance when in reality it’s the most uptight stressful event of all time because the anxious bridezilla is on the verge of having a breakdown because the rented chairs are the wrong shade of putty and there is one cousin who will not adhere to the unofficial dress code and she’s wrecking all the photos.
I don’t even think she’ll go vintage or second hand for her dress she’ll go new and go on about how the company is sustainable or they pay their workers a good wage, made in the uk, local boutique and obviously a #gifted #ad

Yet she's still profiting off her 'why I gave up drinking' video on YouTube 🙄
From what I can see, her and Alex are really into their wine, which would explain the sudden weight gain.

I predict that she'll 'try' to find a second hand or vintage dress but because she's so tall she won't be able to find one and will get a brand new dress.

That bull justification spiel about how she felt it was ok to promote that MiracleGro fertiliser really ticked me off. What a disgusting liar she is. I don't believe for a second that she did any research about the company and their ethics. A 30 second internet search provides plenty of information on how crappy that company is. It truly is just all about the money.

I recall a similar answer years ago when someone queried why she would work with Holland & Barrett when they are based in an off shore tax haven, zero diversity on the board, opaque shell company ownership structure and are notorious for screwing their workers over. Also skinny teas, say no more.

So I think she has rote answers for all her ads and flexes it to fit the brand. She doesn’t give a duck as long as the money is going into her pocket.

And the ‘I give you free content so the paid content pays for that’ argument is utterly ridiculous and totally about face. You aren’t providing anything for free, it’s a model whereby your audience supplies you with views and follower counts which you then use to secure lucrative paid contracts (that just happen to provide you with an extremely comfortable lifestyle). This idea that influencers are providing a benevolent service to us is total bull.

I can't stand the 'I provide free content' line. No TV production company uses that line when their shows are on ITV, Channel 4 or Channel 5, because they aren't providing free content, they are providing content in a bid to raise revenue from advertising.

Genuine sustainable and kind to the earth brands don't have the advertising budget to pay thousands for 'influencers' to promote them. She has no time for brands who can't afford her 'services'.
It's like playing bad business bingo.. who will she shill next for the almighty pound?!

Thing is, her insta is 90% brand deals/video notifications. She has no interest in posting anything just for fun (even the flower beds were for an ad). It's ALL business, which to the casual fan, tires really quick and feels so fake.
