I found 2 packs of Colin sweets in the cupboard today I must have got on Sparks card and forgot about.Ooooo guess who got a full size Colin caterpillar cake on yellow sticker for £3! Meeeeeee
Sounds like a good deal - I used to buy those custard tarts when on yellow sticker and then just eat the filling. I put the pastry outside for the neighbourhood foxes.I found 2 packs of Colin sweets in the cupboard today I must have got on Sparks card and forgot about. We are only 10 mins walk from M and S so hubby goes for his walk there and today came back with Bok Choy 59p - Sour Dough Pizza bases 70p - Vegan Wraps 90p - 15 box of eggs which was an absolute bargain at about 1/3 othe price and 2 custard tarts at half price. Probably would not buy them but he thinks they are a bargain and I don't have to make his lunch.
Just had this delivered in my ocado shop and currently got two slices toasted for breakfast.. excellent recommendationI have been eating this bread the last few days. It's sourdough, or at least sourdough-based, but is normal bread shaped, not stupid usual sourdough bowl shape with only about four decent sized slices. Tastes really good, they sell it as a "Toasting Loaf". Not the cheapest at £1.15 for only about 12 slices, but still better value than sourdough usually is, and a lot better value than sourdough from wanky "artisan bakeries" .
I just need Waitrose to start selling something like this, as I can't get to M&S that often.

Put the M&S stuff on your order ASAP. It’s not a guarantee, but I use Ocado regularly and I’ve found that if you put M&S stuff on your your order early, it tends not to be out of stock or subbed. If you leave it to the deadline, you’ll find quite a bit of the M&S stuff unavailable.Yea I've booked an Ocado order for next week just so I can get some more (and some of the other good recommendations herein). They better not let me down and sub it with Warburtons or something!
Just got those in the four mains and four sides for £15
One of my favs
Yes I find Sainsbury’s very overpricedDoes anybody else think M&S isn't as highly priced as many people make out? I was browsing in M&S yesterday and there's probably about 50p to a £1 in it on probably 50% of products. The rest of the products are similarly priced to the likes of Tesco and Sainsburys. I find the latter two supermarkets quite pricey really, especially when they aren't premium.
M&S like Waitrose get a Tory posho rep because they happen to sell a few more premium items than the others(but these are more specialist things or fancy food for a special occasion) but on the everyday stuff they’re not much more than Sainsbury’s but the quality is often far superior especially on bakery/fruit and veg. Obviously if you compare to lidl/Aldi they are expensive but compared to Sainsbury’s I know where I’d rather shop. Funny because I don't find Sainsburys too bad but I'm very disciplined with my grocery shopping which is harder to maintain in M&S. I find Tescos really expensive for toiletries.Yes I find Sainsbury’s very overpriced
Yeah I agree. Actually it's a shame Ocado do not have a physical supermarket. I would probably visit there every week. I like that Ocado have products from a myriad of different brands, and now they've teamed up with M&S it's even better. I agree on quality too. For e.g, Asda aren't that great for good quality produce, especially fruits and veg. I much prefer M&S and Ocado these days. Aldi and Lidl put me off because they don't have self checkouts nor an online presence.M&S like Waitrose get a Tory posho rep because they happen to sell a few more premium items than the others(but these are more specialist things or fancy food for a special occasion) but on the everyday stuff they’re not much more than Sainsbury’s but the quality is often far superior especially on bakery/fruit and veg. Is small)
I love them - bought a packet the other day and when I went to get one, none left, my visiting son had eated them all in a couple of days. Said they were the best ginger biscuits he had tasted. I like all of the flavours in those cookies.Anyone else LOVE M&S's stem ginger cookies? They are amazing. I won't eat any other brand.
love that calamari, in that section there are also some prawns in some kind of red sauce which are also yumMy Sparks offers are in… No freebieI’ve been visiting a bit more frequently thanks to this thread. Can really recommend the calamari in the cold section - great for salads/snacking and only 142 calories for the whole pack. Also their salad stuff is so much better quality than Sainsbury’s (my local supermarket).
Yes Ive had it I enjoyed it.I listen to making the cut podcast with Davina McCall and her partner Michael Douglas (the hairdresser!) today’s episode, he was raving about the M&S tagliatelle Bolognese ready meal. I haven’t had it myself but has anyone tried it?
