Look at the bleeping camera when you're speaking!
What in gods name is on the ceiling, does she have Cue cards stuck up there.
Is she just mimicking what we are all doing whilst watching her agonising vlogs #eyerolling 👀
It's because she's lying ... when people look up, they are lying or tapping into their imagination. When she exaggerates her eye contact - the wide eyes or when she moves her eyes to the side to look 'cute' - she is lying or acting. It is not genuine.

Amy Jacksons ad for Carolina Herrera.

Feminine, effortless, natural compared to the monstosity of Lydia's!
She is wearing a carolina herrera dress too unlike Lydia who just refuses to be styled by anyone but herself. I might be in the minority in this opinion but the dress, belt and shoes combination Lydia wore in that ad were very unflattering. Far too boxy and the shoes made her legs look big (which they aren't) and stumpy. When she can't control the filming and editing, she can't contort her body into all the angles that make her look super thin and tall. I can't understand why a huge brand like CH films with Lydia wearing other brands clothes when they can have their pick of influencers who will wear actually wear a CH outfit.

Intimissimi sizing is ridiculous and if she is wearing their bras there is no way they fit. A 34 is the smallest they do but if it is fitted correctly then a 34 would rule out a lot of people who wear a size 8 or under - when a bra is correctly fitted the band measurement should be taken tightly. I’m a size 8-10 and my band measurement is 30. She must be a 28 so a 34 would be ridiculous on her. I am certain she will have gaping holes under the cups in that size.
She must have it hooked on the tightest hooks at the back to make it fit on the band, but the cups aren't the right size for her either.
You can often see in her photos the bridge, which is meant to be flat against the sternum, isn't. Compare this:
to the brand photos: https://www.intimissimi.com/be/prod...ce-RSD1294.html?dwvar_RSD1294_Z_COL_INTD=9887

Girl needs an appointment with the ladies at Rigby and Peller. (my fitting there changed my whole approach to bra shopping. Seriously.)

Amy Jackson knows how to pose without looking stiff. Lydia locked her knees which made her knee cap look huge and dirty. She needed just a slight bend in her leg which would of relaxed the muscles in that area in addition to popping the knee cap out making that area look thinner. Her shoes were all wrong for that dress. I agree, that she looks older and bitchy as hell in those photos.

I doubt any of us would do it so yeah basically she hasn’t trademarked anything. She likely won’t trademark the globy crap because it’s not hers and she won’t trademark her name because she’s then likely liable for stuff.. that’s why anyone can be her brand legally if they trademark her name before she does it . It’s the most stupid thing ever not to have done that especially with her following level. Instagram won’t take her fake accounts seriously without a trademark she has no legal right to demand those accounts get taken down. Trademarks take months to be fully granted if granted at all. You can even use her website. You can’t sue without a trademark. That’s why it annoyed me when that girl who did her hair didn’t just out her. She has no legal right to sue anyone.

Companies sue on the basis of fraud. Defamation of character has to be based on whether someone has the rights to sue and she has no rights as all she currently does own is her accounts 😂. Say she was to trademark you could all oppose it giving the rights of her fake following. Just have to search her on the trademark register to see she has no trademarks lol

So yeah lydia if you are looking you need a thing called intellectual property 😂

Wow, you could really duck her off with this. And it explains the incoherent branding and switching between Glo Beauty Co. and GlobyLydia. And why there is an actual brand with literally the same name out. She is so unprofessional as is Carrie and Co. She should be happy that none of these hordes of lawyers that look for such "mistakes" haven't found her. Alone her internet shop's page would be a fest for them. (I worked in a store that launched an online shop, and we had to be very particular about it to being correct)
That biatch is moaning about troll? Wait for the lawyers they will give you a reason to moan :ROFLMAO:

Lydia, the lawyers won't give a duck about your learning curve :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: making mistakes here can be expensive, and we all know you don't like to pay stuff that isn't Dior or Chanel. Maybe you can tag the lawyers and they give you discount?

Then you submit oppositions during the register period which is public. She can’t hid this type of stuff.

Exactly, it’s like how stupid can you be. Now you will all be looking on the register😂 to oppose. 👌. She can’t sue for crap until she gets that and to get that is a process because you’re taking a trademark which means no one else can use it. It’s not as easy as buying your way out of this one lol. Lawyers who specialise in this cost thousands .... you won’t get one gifted 😂

Two ways to file an opposition against a trade mark application
The first way is to raise a third party observation. This is a non-legal action advising the UKIPO they accepted the application in error. In it, you must tell them all the relevant facts that they may not be aware of.

You are welcome guys 😂👏

I think a fitting statement would be... buying followers with the intention to deceive brands and companies that you’re working with a real audience. Whilst deceiving an active paying audience. I believe that comes under fraudulent behaviour last time I checked.

You guys all said it I just put the legal terms there so she knows that she can’t get away with it. Keep buying followers because everything is tracked and if you did file for a trademark you would get royally fucked on the basis of the above.
So guys feel free to impersonate her she can’t say crap.

Speaking about buying likes or followers almost certainly being fraudulent - this is why I am gunning for the 'influencer' sector to be regulated in some form. Perhaps I'm being over litigious. ;)

Maybe she has a bulldog clip on the back portion of the bra to pull the sides in. The fabric of these bras look stretchy so I am guessing they might be stretched over her boobs?

Why wait you could take her down in the following steps.

1) create mass accounts of her outdoing people ... make sure they have different information so you don’t get done for Spam

2) watch her complain to her following.. who can do absolutely nothing for her.

3) make sure you put in your bio
I’m legally allowed to be here, will the real lydia elise Millen please stand up... #notrademark #notspamjusthonesty

4) wait for her to contact Instagram.. instagram do a nice search to see she doesn’t pay for ads she pays for bots (breaking code of conduct).

5) seeks legal advice to be told without a trademark you have nowhere to stand.
Wait for the day she’s granted one and then within the 3 month probation period send the ico all your lovely files you’ve all kept on here.

Before it’s all regulated that’s when you have the chance.

Also don’t think that house was bought under her name, it’s attached to the company.
maybe that’s why her assets are so high... fake fake fake....do we really see a millionaire selling £1 clocks on depop.

Same with Patricia... she’s a millionaire on paper with her assets but if her company went under she wouldn’t own those houses. You don’t pay for a 1.2 million bungalow in cash.

I’m done rambling now but yeah that’s basically what you could do Xxx

So Lydia's edit with Karen Millen has gone live. No doubt she will claim it was a massive success but it's not lost on me that quite a few items have very limited stock left due to them already being on sale before her edit went live. I also thought it was a 30 piece edit but there are only 34 pieces on the site and that includes the plus size option. Not everything is there including the grey sleeveless jumper, aviator jacket and green skirt and the cashmere leggings and jumpers are all on the coming soon section, is this because they sold out prior to the edit launching?

It's also 30% off everything on their website including her edit so they clearly had a lot of hope in this selling 😂

Out of interest I went to check her trademarks, thanks Loveit. I remembered that Globy Lydia was approved (Glo beauty co was not, hence the name change), but lo and behold, it’s been opposed 😅
The company who opposed her is behind Glo Skin Beauty and others including Glo (https://trademarks.justia.com/owners/caleel-hayden-llc-2462253/). I couldn’t be asked to check if that company has Glo trademarked in the UK / EU as well, but most likely.
Globy is clearly the gift that keeps on giving 😂
