* Lidl styled her Valentine's Day gift of a Hermès vintage scarf, which she tied around a "nonchalant" messy pony tail, with a thin cotton white dress, bare legs and Manolo flats. It's February!
* Valentine's Day with the MGs was "low key" this year. Wait...what....? It's never low key when you are an influencer! Tell us you have no invites without telling us...
* Lidl and Ali went to Marseille with L'Artisan Parfumeur and a load of unknown bloggers, but failed to show the perfume.

* They extended their stay to travel along the coast to Cannes so that Lidl could meet with new bestie Lauren, The l.a. way.

* Lauren took them to the airport. She wanted to make sure they left the country.
* On her return Lidl had a 3 hour meeting at Farmhouse. She was fragile from the trip and cried.

* We discussed whether Lidl should have cooked for Ali when he'd been out all day. Then we decided he was just posing with his briefcase in the doorway.

* Teeny tiny Ali lost the last 2 years 'Business', 'Personal' and 'Assets' computer files. He deleted them, emptied the trash and expected them to still be there.
* Ali is busy dressing his shed, styling a basic grey hoodie and cooking dinner.
* Vic threw shade at Lidl when she said she won't be redecorating for the sake of content...
* Vic has a new apartment in Manchester, an interior designer, a Birkin, a new car and she still gave 20k to charity.
* Vic is at NYFW. Lidl is wearing florals for spring. Groundbreaking.

As a side note, did anyone get the sense that when she arrived at the hotel paid by the perfume company at the beginning of her latest blog, she was so unimpressed about the room, its size, decor, etc. that, in the next edit cut she explained how there had been a ‘mix up‘;with her lodgings, and now they were in their new upgraded rooftop larger room with a terrace sort of additional space. Bet everything that she smugly complained to the company team and demanded the best room and kicked out whoever had been previously assigned such better room. Her condescending and anger refraining look when in the 1st room while also while explaining the ‘mix up’ when arriving at the 2nd room gave her away.

She absolutely hated that trip altogether cos, even in her extra day, she had to hole up in a standard hotel in Cannes (she was paying, hence, no luxe then), while Lauren in comparison was at The Martinez that is and has been for decades, together with the Carlton, the two best 5* hotels in Cannes. And then had to at least buy some RL, even though she stated it was from Polo, the cheaper brand, cos nothing else suited her. And then to have the nerve to state that Cannes is not her sort of place. No wonder, hun, you had to pay for the cheap stuff there, while Lauren paid her luxe way and you sure don’t like that, so let’s just bash the whole city of Cannes. Triggered me so much cos I spent my teenage summers at the Collège International des Cannes and it is such a gorgeous city. She didn’t even recognize La Croisette, so famous for shoots while the Cannes Film Festival is on and she merely mentioned it as the ‘high street’. She is insufferable, and no wish to fill up on her void of culture. Also, angered unless it’s a freebie that she can brag it’s luxury. She is not even happy with a standard freebie, this girl.

She shows no wish to ever be a culture vulture or even show any curiosity for her surroundings. All she seems interested in is a mirror and an echo chamber and accessories. If it’s not to do with her or if it’s not about her then it’s of no interest to her. My teachers would have called her a deliberate dullard and naturally lazy. There was clearly little cultural stimulus as she was growing up. This is also reflected in her unsophisticated palette…

Doesn’t she usually get her RL from the outlets? And she usually buy Polo RL because the Collection shirts don’t have the pony logo on them, just a purple label inside

She’s never been taught how to do anything correctly. To her, the quickest way to do something is the correct way. Also, she doesn’t seem to look after anything. For a few days, she really over packed and it didn't even show in her outfits etc.
Here I'm planning a 2nd attempt to visiting Rome (2020 March went downhill and very quickly). 5 days in a backpack easy.

Lydia must be the only influencer who goes on a brand trip to another country for two whole days and only brings one pair of shoes, the one she has on. Even I, a normal person who is not an influencer, always brings an extra pair when I go away. And anyway, the only honest thing that she said in the last blog is that she had to sell almost all her other bags and shoes so that she can purchase her Hermés accessories, which she wears again and again.

And talking of Hermés, if you are not already following 'fakebirkinslayer' on Instagram then you are missing out. The amount of fake Birkins and Kellys being flaunted by influencers and celebrities is astonishing. No wonder everyone on Instagram suddenly has these bags, including major names with millions of followers. At this point, even if I am shitting money, I can never buy a Kelly or a Birkin. The exposé he is doing is mind blowing. Even well known Hermés collectors have fakes mixed in with the real bags. And the fakes are so good that you can't even tell the difference. And what some influencers do is that they get a real bag from a store/reseller, unboxes it and films the entire experience so that followers know that the bag is genuine, proceeds to sell the real bag to another reseller, and then replace the exact same with a fake. Voilá! No money lost while fooling everyone and bragging to followers about how rich they are.

Another method is to first get really good fakes, then slowly replace them with the real bags as times goes. We have all suspected that Lydia does this. I believe that some of the bags and accessories she now owns are genuine but with some fakes thrown in

I can't even with this human being. There is something desperately and instrinsically wrong with her. I do note, however, she has learnt to hold the glass by the stem. Yes you’re right. She doesn’t take care of her things regardless of what they are. I always pack using two shoe bags -one for each shoe so they don’t get damaged in one bag.
