How could one do this to a friend, when you can literally see how much this meant to them?

To not only never congratulate her to this day, but to ignore it as if it never happened? And then chase after that very same thing yourself—not letting your friend enjoy even a full 72 hours before on Monday, at your earliest public opportunity, publishling a video, trimmed with one of the most clickbait titles possible, “A Secret I’ve Been Keeping” to ensure that it gets the most eyes possible? And then that next day, quickly engineering the photo shoot you need so you have the content and marketing to support it? (This shoot had yet to occur when Monday’s announcement took place. For a deal that had been ”in the works for months,” why wasn’t it already shot and ready to go before going public with it? And why the rush?) Then continuing to make a self-fuss about it, pounding it in all week, likely to achieve what Josie did (see HC & Victoria's comments above).

I wish her minions knew what she really did! This is such a great summary @happyskies I hope Ali leaves her. I personally think there Is something going on in their relationship. Lydia is hurting and making really bitc* moves to those around her. Trying to portray she is a happy Barbie. Can’t wait for the downfall she has bought on herself. Lydiot is still the Lydiot.

I don’t know how to approach the thread title recommendation but I vote the next title of this thread to be #lydiot making mean, shallow moves for shallow gains. Deep down she really pains and continues to be so vain.

Tattlers warned Vic about Lyds' bad history with "friendships" :
Sarah Ashcroft, Lily P, Kristina Braly, Claire Puff Pastry et al are all victims of her lovebombing.

Tattlers warned Teefers about Lyds. But Josie stuck it out to gain Lyds' subscribers.
Except Teefers didn't gain much in that area, both on YT & IG, whereas Lyds got her Soho Farmhouse recommendation & acceptance, and stole loads of vlog ideas from Josie.
They learnt the hard way.

Vic and Suzie annoy me but, imo, their friendship is genuine.
Same with Freddy and Teefers.
Amelia and Vic ... I don't see a real friendship. Amelia seems to stick with her postal code with her friendships.

I have a feeling Lauren LA Way is just as ruthless as Lyds.

fab post!. I think Lydia has fallen out with her and has nothing to Lose/doesnt care about stepping on josies toes... I haven't looked at this because I don't follow closely enough but, do we know when either of them last liked each others posts??. Meanwhile Lydia has KM to lose...... I would of thought its an obvious contract clause to have, that the "talent" doesn't go promoting another labels clothes....

Fox hunting is illegal, but you can shoot Game (pheasant, groose etc) this time of year with a licence and it tends to be skilled gamekeepers in control, to produce food for shops and restaurants. There are restrictions on where this can happen and only for a few months in the year. Hence it is better known as ‘Game season’, this time of year.
Hunting implies a sporting element, which is a big no-no when it comes to shooting in this country.

Hi, wondering if you are referring to uk shooting?. If so I would politely add that most shoots are run for commercial reasons, food is the least of it . Local business cannot buy much of what is shot, the demand by consumers isnt there. Most shoots are paid for by company CEOs/fat cats/wealthy people who think it is fun. They are normally not good shots and the game is binned at the end of the day. The braces offered to each gun is mostly for show because most ceos have no idea or inclination to cook game. Its just an alcoholic fun day for these people . The kills are mostly not clean anyway (a clean kill is pellets to the head, unclean is filling the rest of the bird with pellets) rendering any game unsuitable for the food market. A bird full of pellets in its chest is not edible. Shoots like llechwyddygarth are charging in the region of 35-45k per day for a group of businessmen and women to shoot maybe 1000 birds. I suppose it does keep lots of people employed.... but we must not believe that in the uk its trained shots ending up on a plate, that isnt the case . its a highly commercial enterprise.

I have no doubt the game keepers are skilled , they are normally good shots but its the clients who are doing the actual shooting!.. clients who don't train year round on the clays... sadly

I wonder where @Leonorasmee was when she was at the recent shoot wither dad...... as you can see from the pics in her thread its just a P^ss up and fat boys buffet day out..... to think she thought she could get away with posting pics of her in tweed, her dad in breeks and full shooting get up plus alcoholic buffet and fool her audience she was just out I the country is staggeringly naive.

re fox hunting again whilst you are correct it is illegal, they happen all the time. Just google hunt sabs to see , they are out several times a week every week of the fox hunting season.

She probably tells KM that she will steal all the ideas that Jade has stolen from someone else and bring them to KM HQ. She can’t really steal anything from Souster and Hicks. Geoff is talented at what he does and KM can’t recreate passion or do a straight single stitch so he has nothing to worry about.

Regarding Josie although I don’t think the friendship is over I do find it remarkable that Josie and Charlie were the only influencer friends who stuck by Lydia during hairgate. I even messaged their home account asking about it and Charlie wrote a whole story about how Lydia is a kind person. Regardless of how fake the relationship is Lydia should never let them go, they stuck up for her after she did an appalling thing. Granted they were likely told a heap of lies but even Ali was considering leaving her.

Lydia and Josie like to keep their friendship and their meet ups secret, I think they get some weird thrill out of it. It will also make them very smug at the idea people are speculating that their friendship is over. We only occasionally see a glimpse of them together in Josies vlogs. Also it isn’t that weird that they both had Sunday lunch with different couples, that is very normal. I don’t spend every weekend with the same people, It would be weirder if they did spend every weekend together

I don’t get why she is so desperate to look ‘old money’, when she’s so obviously not. She looks like she’s playing dress up all the time for a 1940s movie or something. It’s so unflattering and stodgy. Also all the facial modifications - her natural features were quite pleasant. Just be yourself! I quite liked her style 5-6 years ago but she’s unrecognisable now.

Social media is the ruin of a whole generation, it’s sad. It allows influencers to hold a magnifying glass up their own lives and then pick it apart piece by piece until they are shells of themselves. It’s a mixture of Dr Faustus and Narcissus for the modern age and I find it slightly terrifying.
