So I’m fairly sure that Tiana got hers during a lockdown period where Hermès was posting bags to certain repeat customers. Bear in mind they do post bags (Evelyne, Roulis etc), some of which are more expensive than the MKII, but usually don’t with quota bags unless you are an established customer and it’s a pandemic. There’s no way/reason for Lydia to have been posted a bag from store now.
