shes not even apologised all shes done is take it down like it never happend. Iv just shown my screen shot to my friends in a chat and even they said that post was a disgrace. I'm a member of RWL but have always found her so incredibly fake and shes one of them women where it's just all about me me me me. I had an issue with her site when I first started using it and the customer service team didnt seem to believe me and then following a live work out I messaged lucy on insta and this was as far as I got till she stopped replying and ignored me 
she is honestly so full of herself and the way they constantly chat during a work out to each other and your just stood there like get on with it I'm only still a member because I dont like going using a gym and I feel better working out at home.

Its so predictable isn't it!!! I knew as soon as she started mentioning Romans dairy allergy what she was after and low and behold she gets it! She is in a position to look for and buy dairy free options but no, she puts it all on Insta to get it free.

what isnt gifted that she ever posts now. Shes not exactly a poor woman and could easily afford all this stuff. I dont understand why she just doesnt buy any of this stuff post after post is either AD or Gifted The way she says 'finally done my garden' as though she did anything more than say yes to an ad... she's hardly had her sleeves rolled up planting in the borders has she?

Courtney’s workouts are great and the app is her full time job. Can’t believe the lack of customer service from Lucy and the rwl team. Just so rude! I might end up trying it you seem to get a lot for your money. It’s all gifted but she’s absolutely terrible at declaring it. I think I saw one #gifted on the grid post on her actual profile, but nothing on her stories about it being gifted or on the video she posted on her home account. It was the same for the dairy free goods and something else she clearly got for free the other day - saying “thank you xxx” is NOT being transparent.And it's all gifted
If "influencers" dont declare it cant you report it to erm the ASA I think it is or something? Maybe if she was reported she would start owning up to it all. I didnt realised she was that bad at it
