She was writing down her thoughts. " I killed them on purpose" is not going round a normal person's mind.
No. I imagine if you were innocent your thoughts would be more along the lines of “did I kill them because i’m not good enough?” Rather than the very definite “I killed them on purpose”.

there was no question mark on Letby's note - she wrote "I killed them on purpose because I'm not good enough"

I know. That’s what I’m saying. If it had been her “just writing down thoughts” as people who think she’s NG like to claim it would be a more general “did I kill them because I’m not good enough?” But it wasn’t that. It’s a very definite “I killed them on purpose”. There can be no doubting that it was a confession on that post it note that was likely never meant to be seen, because it doesn’t make sense that you’d phrase it the way she did if you were just “writing out thoughts”. If you’re writing out thoughts and you’re innocent you might question whether you had killed the babies (accidentally) because you’re not good enough. She hasn’t done that. She’s confessed.

But, what about "I havent done anything wrong" ??

Also that these people are apparently so eminent that it doesn’t matter that they are a handful of neonatologists that are mates with Lee, haven’t seen the full evidence, a couple of nurses and a mechanical engineer.. instead of the varied experts from the criminal trial who spoke on multiple specialist disciplines. Paediatric haematologist, paediatric endocrinologist, forensic pathologist, expert radiologist that performed lengthy research study on air in children for the case.
The eminentiest experts have knocked up some half baked ideas in a couple of weeks 🥴 without seeing the medical records and without having the expertise in the different fields of medicine that would be required. But then we know that the defence looked for those people and couldn’t use their reports because it supported the prosecution case 🫠 funny that!

The people buying into this have likely already taken as gospel all the tit about the trial being based on statistics.

Grievances with the NHS/mistrust of the NHS is another prolific truther camp!
We just need some incel crusties now for a full house 🤗
Who says they havent seen the medical records? I understood that they had.

Just out of curiosity, what are you all going to do if she is found to be innocent of all charges against her based on new evidence? The medical negligence going on in the NHS is irrefutable, it’s no secret that the NHS is underfunded and the workers are overworked and pushed to their limits. I’ve linked below an article that describes almost exactly the same negligence as was shown in the LL case from a hospital in Shropshire, just an hour away from Chester. I personally have heard no end of stories about medical negligence and tbh just straight up misconduct from my local hospital. Hospitals are rife with it.

So many of you log on here every day to protest her guilt and type paragraphs and paragraphs detailing how disgusting she is and how much you dislike her. I just hope that if she is found innocent you will continue to do what you’re doing, but instead be a voice for all of the mothers who have lost their children, for all the babies that have lost their lives, and a voice for all of the overworked and underpaid staff in hospitals that are in desperate need of help.

These types of cases evoke a lot of emotion, I get that but with new evidence coming to light, I cannot understand why very little of you are open minded to the fact. I think that if you were in her position and were imprisoned based on false, fictitious evidence you would like somebody fighting your corner.

Easy there cowboy, I wanna know who poisoned babies F and L before we let anybody out of prison…

She also said she was evil which is probably the most commonly used word to describe murderers and serial killers.

Well she obviously doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong by killing them does she, otherwise she wouldn’t have been doing it.

Anyone sick enough to murder babies doesn’t generally have the best moral compass. Same as her supporters.

This is so simple to explain.

Guilty people claim they have done nothing wrong all the time. They claim they are innocent when they are under oath, even. It means nothing.

Innocent people don’t go around writing ‘I killed them on purpose’. Or any of the other sinister things she wrote.

The argument that she also wrote ‘I did nothing wrong’ is so ridiculous to me. Can people really not see the difference?

If someone pleads not guilty then changes their plea to guilty do you think “oh but he also said he was not guilty so I just don’t know what to think.”

I’m not going to go back and forth here again, it’s like pissing in the wind with you lot, so all I’ll say is:

She killed them, on purpose, because she wasn’t good enough. She’s evil. She did this.

Her own words.
I’m thinking along the lines of when she wrote “I’m not good enough” it was because the senior staff on the unit didn’t let her look after certain babies. Hence she thought that they were insinuating she wasn’t good enough to and she killed them out of spite if you get my meaning. She was frequently caught going in to nurseries she wasn’t supposed to be in.

She might not see murdering babies as being wrong, right and wrong is different for everyone, none of us get to decide what Lucy Letby thinks is right or wrong. “I killed them on purpose” cannot be misinterpreted, what else could she mean by those words?

Yes this is what I think too. The full sentence is “I killed them on purpose because I’m not good enough to care for them + I am a horrible evil person.”

“I don’t deserve mum and dad. World is better off without me. I AM EVIL I DID THIS”

If she - going with the idea that she is innocent - for one minute thought that her actions may have contributed to the deaths of the babies, then why would she call herself evil? You’re not evil for making a mistake. You wouldn’t have intended to cause the deaths of babies if it was because of an error in the care you provided.

It’s because there was no mistake. She murdered them - on purpose.

The Letbyist are trying to create a situation where she can't even confess. All the evidence is being twisted to make her a victim.

Either they didn’t see the records or they had the records and still made lots of mistakes. Including when and where babies died.
Does Mark McDonald have permission to give the babies’ X-rays and medical records to random nurses in Canada and engineers? Did Dr Taylor, (the star of the first conference) see the medical records before he claimed, in front of cameras and an audience of Press, that Dr B had killed baby O with a needle? Because his brother is telling people on X that Dr Taylor had never seen them. Why are the Taste the Difference Experts any different?

I think she was thinking that she hadn't made any medical errors so they could not get her for any mistakes as such. Everything she did was with intent, so not a medical error, or poor practice.

Modi and Lee defintely made their minds up before seeing the medical records. We have evidence of that from Modi contacting the defence during the original trial and Lee giving evidence at the appeal about his paper (not evidence about specific babies).

Same as how Dimitrova and Aiton had made their minds up and spoke publicly before being put on the case by McDonald. There is even suggestion on X that Dimitrova was instrumental in getting McD on Letby’s case. Yet they no longer seem to be on the defence team after they gave reports for the December press conference. Has anyone actually checked if they are ok??

Same as all the supposed experts who signed their name to a letter post convictions. Like seriously - you’ve read the Chester Standard the same as everyone else but you are so certain there’s a miscarriage of justice you are prepared to put your name and professional reputation on the line. Based on Mark Dowling’s journalism? (Sorry no offence Mark if you’re reading).

I am fascinated why so many highly educated people would do this but I guess they aren’t immune to conspiracies, egos, conflicts of interests, wanting five minutes of fame etc.

Dr B’s brother? Or Taylor’s?
