Ive a horrible feeling in a few weeks we'll hear shes gone for assessment at Rampton or somewhere cushy ....
She won't need too.
Low Newton is equipped to make these assessments. She absolutely will not "pass" any assessment that sees her moved over to Rampton, not any time soon.

She’s an absolute plank.

But what colour decor do you have?

Miserable prison cell grey is acceptable but if you have magnolia or close I’m ringing the cops.
half the house is still magnolia - I bought a new build 7 years ago and some rooms still undecorated. Some also still have no ceiling lampshades 🙈

If you have an owl motif on one of the walls I'm calling the police.

Magnolia type shades are coming back in! Matalan do light fittings. Just saying 😂 I’m mid reno and so much isn’t done. What is done does have personality though 🤭✌

😑 no. Nobody thinks she is guilty because of those little things. And honestly only someone very self absorbed would interpret it to mean that they’re being personally insulted. Some of us have admitted to having the similar stuff in our houses or wearing similar stuff and going to those shops!! It’s not how anybody determined her guilt.
But actually, we are allowed to look at what she wears or her infantile bedroom etc and think about it. She dressed very differently to all my friends and myself when I was that age and she seemed to socialise with much older or more fuddy duddy types (soz Dawn and Janet ✌). If you watch the Allitt tapes, the detectives mention that she dressed differently to young women her own age too. It’s not at all an indicator of her guilt and you’re insulting people’s intelligence with that remark, but it isn’t out of the realms of discussion and you’d be best not to tell people off about it. Just ignore it if it upsets you. We’ve not been here 11 months because we think the kitten heels did it.
What’s interesting though is in the documentary put out by the police is that one of the officers described Letby as “beige” and that the scary thing about her is that she looked the same as any other 20-some thing, dressed the same, had what you’d expect in their bedroom… they point they were making is how seemingly normal she was.

When she was arrested the comments the Mail managed to find of people around her were that she had a normal upbringing, she was a bit quiet but generally really lovely. People were in disbelief. When the doctors realised who it was one of them even said “not lovely Lucy” or something of the sort.

The thing about this case that has scared me the most, and others I think, is that she could have easily got away with the undetected because there was nothing of note about her at all. She was so absolutely mundane that she blended in. And that makes you question if there are others.

I know the vast, vast majority of people in the NHS are there for the right reasons, but she makes me question how many more there are in it for the wrong reasons, who aren’t being noticed… people working with the elderly or disabled particularly who don’t have a voice. It makes you feel a bit sick to the stomach.

*please note and just to be clear I am absolutely not saying I think there are 100’s of serial killers in the NHS, I’m just saying it’s scary to think how mundane these people can be and therefore how they can hide in plain sight*

I actually hate magnolia, it’s such a non-colour!

I have this wallpaper in my downstairs loo, would this help with my defence?

I agree.

Though my point was to the question raised by Crime Scene 2 Court on Youtude of how the black bag found during the second search got there if the garage had already been searched.

The obvious answer is that it was put there by someone between the first and the second search.

My questioning of the garage not being included, for whatever reason, in the warrant was an attempt to find an innocent explanation - beyond it being missed during the first search.
It could just be as simple as when she moved out of the Nurses accommodation she stored some things in her parents house until she moved into her new house. As people often do when they are between homes. Then when she bought her house, she moved some stuff but some got left there.

So maybe once the first search was over, she might have thought "duck, there's a bag at mums, what if they search there next?" and moved it to her house. Most people would assume that a police search would be the one time unless you follow a lot of true crime or are in the policing or legal profession so she may well have though that they wouldn't search her house again after the first search.

That could explain why it appeared between the first and second searches. They knew they were dealing with several suspicious deaths by the time they got the first search warrant, so they knew it was a potential serial killer. It seems highly unlikely therefore that the first search was half-arsed.

I think she's too sick to tell the truth of why she did it and I don't think it helps anyone for her to explain why she decided to try to kill as many babies as she possibly could. If she says well I killed them because I wanted attention, that doesn't make anything any better for their families imo, it's just more torture. And do we really believe that she'd even be telling the truth? She could come up with 10 different stories over the coming years to prolong the hurt and distress of the grieving families, doesn't mean they are true. Why should she be given a platform for this?
The families know already what happened to their babies and I think most likely they probably don't want to ever see her disgusting face or hear her crappy voice again. The only reason would be for her to admit how many other victims there are but again she will never admit it and she can't be trusted.
I think she should be locked away and never give any opportunity to speak publicly again, she had her chance all throughout the trial and investigation. Let her rot in her own misery now.
In my original post I meant as long as she tells the truth about who her victims are, to stop parents not in the trial wondering whether or not she hurt their children or is responsible for the deaths, and also help the families who received a NG verdict. I’m not stupid, I know that would never happen hence why I said I wouldn’t give her that much credit.

I’d argue she didn’t dress the same or have stuff in her bedroom that others her age would. I think the word beige was inferring that she was bland, non descript. When people think serial killer they probably think of people dressed in black, walking round wielding knives, with their houses turned into shrines to the devil. In my opinion, she was just as weird but in the opposite way. There was nothing normal about her, hence the “beige” description.

I thought it was a 3 part documentary from Cheshire police so had been looking forward to the other episodes after watching it last night. But the 1hr episode on YouTube is the full thing and the 3 parts is just them sharing it in shorter clips for social media. I did wonder what they were going to cover with the way it ended but disappointed there is not more now!

Nope, parents house was searched at the same time as hers in the first arrest. Those things weren’t at her desk, her house, her parents house or her car.
