Has he been moved then? He was in Ashworth last I heard. I think anyone who can murder so nonchalantly has an unstable mental state but who am I to diagnose.
I don't think LL will end up in a secure hospital not unless she starts acting up. Maybe eats some of her own 💩 like BA that should get her carted off with the rest of the deranged
I got mixed up pet he's at ashworth. I can't believe she was eating her own tit 🤮 scruffy witch

I can't unfortunately, maybe someone from Administration could do this for me?
I don't want to upset anyone, I just didn't realise it might hurt people. Genuinely apologise.
if you report your own post you can ask for it to be removed.

Her parents will be relocating as we speak to near to what ever prison she's been took to. Her dad will probably looking for some barrister to find a loop hole to get her out 🤣If they've believed she hasn't done it all the way through they're not going to change there opinion any time soon. Perhaps Her friend Dawn could relocate with them too? Stupid cow
They will 100% try to go for an appeal, I’d bet money on it.

It’s disgusting that Letby didn’t have to face the parents in court and hear their statements. If convicted, you shouldn’t be able to just not show up because you don’t want to hear what your victims have to say to you. As part of her punishment she should be forced to watch a video of their impact statements every day.

Huntley was given a whole life order
The law changed in 2002 that judges could pass WLO (in time for Huntley to get it) instead of the Home Secretary who was the only person allowed before

the trial I was involved in, the judge said he had no power to impose whole life order but wished he could (it was 2001 so a year out of the law change sadly)
Sadly he wasn’t! Life sentence with a 40 year minimum.

My son has special needs(all grown up now) and he went to a special school and one of the wee rhymes was about looking in a mirror and seeing how special, valued and loved the children were, they did it as part of a nativity play aged 5 and everyone was sobbing I've never forgotten it those wee Angels had so much too live for
Mother of SEN child here. All children are equally special and precious. Moving and so sad to hear Baby G's father. He remembers his daughter before Letby got her hands on her. She was responding to his voice and trying to track him with her eyes. Afterwards she didn't do these things. She was different. Brain damaged, unable to eat or drink, talk or move independently. Those parents have to confront what Letby did everyday and with every intervention with their child. There is no adequate punishment for what she has taken from these people.

I posted earlier about seeing dead emotionless eyes and it's been interesting reading the different interpretations of it.

You need to put a trigger warning or something or just a stop this conversation all together, talk of drink driving is EXTREMELY triggering to me and probably many others on this thread.
Your comments are unnecessary please see yourself out of this thread
I might not agree with the posters opinion or way of seeing the subject but with respect they are as entitled to be here as you, I wouldn’t want to see anyone pushed out or feel unwelcome. They have apologised on several occasions now and it’s clear there wasn’t ill intent. Clumsy words yes, but no malicious intention to anger or upset anyone here. Everything discussed in this thread is emotive and distressing and extremely sensitive. Sorry to butt in but I sense everyone is on edge after a hugely emotional case and outcome X

i am really hoping she doesn't get a nickname- Allitt got Angel of Death - i'm hoping Lucy just gets Lucy- no infamous name for her to wear as a badge. just LUCY.
Let's hope these sensationalist monikers stop and any other form of glamourising notoriety and heinous crimes. Yes, boring old beige Lucy will suffice. A reminder that nothing will ever make her special; forever a nobody who has birthday cards from her cats, written by her mother (What. The. duck.).

I completely agree. I see people blaming ‘society’. I’m the most left wing person most of the time but no, society is not responsible for freak accidents of nature who have parts of their brain missing.
She will never change any more than she can change the colour of her eyes.

A whole life order: the only sentence that could be given in this horrific case. I'm not wasting anymore thoughts on the perpetrator today. I'm thinking of those beautiful, precious babies who should be safe at home with their loving families.

WHAT have I just read?! Seriously?

I don't think she cares. Not turning up was her exerting the last piece of control she has over them.

Hi guys, I’ve been following the case for a while as it is something that has gripped me and my family (being born an extremely premature baby myself). At the very beginning of her arrest I just could not belief the allegations presented as it was just unimaginable that someone could cause harm and murder such fragile babies. Obviously my opinion quickly changed when I heard the true horror of evidence unfolding in court.
Sorry if this has been mentioned on previous threads but there is one thing that has been playing on my mind. She was initially arrested in 2018 and then re arrested in 2019 and 2020 and charged. Do we know when her house was searched? As the handover sheets etc was found and used as evidence. As surely that in itself should have been sufficient to charge her originally in 2018? As if her house was not searched until 2020, it’s surprising (but also not - knowing how her personality has been expressed in court) that she did not dispose of any evidence she had in her possession. Which makes you think she either genuinely believed she was invincible and would never be caught or she somehow convinced herself that she was innocent.

Can we refer to her as Scummy Scumby henceforth? She doesn’t deserve to have her name in the public domain

Just read the family statements and that's as close to crying I've been with this case. "We hope you live a very long life and spend every day suffering for what you've done" very much sums up how I feel. I'm against the death penalty for a few reasons but human detritus like this is one of them. Plays with kids lives like this but doesn't have the balls to appear for her sentencing.

Off to read what I've missed now, I'm still just baffled as to what the motive was though. It's terrifying any way you look at it but if it's a personality disorder combined with a role like that then good lord. But then some of the potential reasons I don't want to even think about, let alone raise.

No more Matalan for you, bleep. Debating sending a Whole Life, Laugh, Love sign for her cell.

It’d be very hard for her to convince any forensic psychiatrist that she was unwell at the time of these awful crimes.

I do, however, worry that she becomes ‘mentally unwell’ by convenience over the years and spends some time in Rampton. I really hope not. The job I do requires me to work with such people and I thought to myself this morning, of all I’ve encountered working with this monster would be a hard no from me - having children all of which were preemies and one a very poorly neonate. There is no way I could do it and I have never said no to working with anyone yet. I feel sorry for the prison staff that are forced to treat her with some kind of dignity.

Sorry, didn't realise I wasn't allowed to speculate, as in the entire previous 64 threads  It's human nature to wonder where this all began, especially considering there is an ongoing investigation into 4000 more babies.
Oh for god sake you can speculate for ever for all I care I just meant speculation doesn't really answer questions in reality. I expect you will be sniping at me now for the rest of the thread.....carry on 🙄
